I have a high arch, as well as swollen feet. I chose this shoe in a wide width and in suede because it would be more flexible than leather. The suede Vionic Uptown were SO comfortable, EXCEPT for the decorative leather penny slot band across the top. I love the look, but the band pressed on the top of my foot. If only the band was made a bit looser to accommodate the expansion of the loafer top, the shoe would have been perfect!

The Vionic Brand (I've tried on two styles) don't have much cushion under the ball of the foot considering the appearance of the sole. Easy Spirit soles look similar and are much more comfortable on the footbed. I think the Vionic would not feel as nice if walking all day.

Soft Leather; True length and width. Heel average; Silver was not appealing in person (to me). I will try in another color, as long as it's NOT BLACK! So hard to find a fitting loafer that is NOT BLACK, and this one did fit. Leather is solid--not just a scraped off top layer--the inside of the shoe is the back of the leather, not a second lining, though some portions (like the heel area) DO have a lining that appears to be leather (also very soft!). I do wish the vamp was shorter--it makes your foot look even bigger when so much is covered (IMHO).

The material is fine and the shoes are comfortable. Vionic shoes have a strange arch placement. I can feel it on these shoes, but not as bad as their sandals. After wearing them for a few hours, the back of the shoe started rubbing on my ankle. Even though these are genuine leather, my feet felt a little hot. I wish the shoe had those little holes for air flow

I have these in camel leather in a wide, and they are perfect. Comfortable and cute. I wear them with jeans, shorts and skorts, and they look great. I am marking them down one star because of the second pair that I bought. I ordered a suede pair in the exact same size and they were clearly not Wide and didn’t work for me. They didn’t come in a Vionic box, the size marked on the inside tongue had a number and did not say Wide like my camel leather ones do so I have to return them. Maybe that’s why they were on sale.

Cute but gets dirty easily (peony color) and I did end up getting blisters on my heels walking all over for a day in these, so good for errands but not walking around for several miles.

I like the leather and the style. I'm a little concerned about potential heel rubbing. These shoes run big; I usually wear an 8, but I'm in a 7.5 without socks.

These were cute, soft, and comfortable, but absolutely gigantic. I've tried an 11 in Vionic before and they were too small, so I sized up to the 12 and I was walking out of the shoes, they wouldn't even stay on with tissues stuffed inside. Wish they could find a consistent sizing scheme. 5 stars for the shoes if you can find a size that fits, 3 stars for consistency in fit.

When walking all day I did end up getting a blister, and the peony color is easily dirty so I will be returning, but if wearing a dark color for a half day should be okay. I liked that it was packable but never packed them anywhere.

Going onto 3 exchanges - have another pair of vionics that are W 8.5 and these were too big. Reordered 8 and it was too big, now waiting on my size 7.5 and hoping for a fit as they look great but heel slips.

Even though they are comfortable, after wearing them for a few days they got wider. So now because of my high arches they don’t feel secure on my feet and so are no good for extensive walking

Materials felt really nice, the arch support wasn't in quite the right place for me though. Based on the reviews I ordered a wide which I didn't need.

Love the shoe but needs some cushion.

The shoe was too narrow for me.

Some reviews said they ran narrow. I was hoping that to be true as I need a narrow. Even the whole toe area was large.

Disappointed. Really liked the style and the shinny silver. But it seemed narrow especially across the top. I’m going to order a style with out the penny loafer detail.

At first I thought I'd been sent the wrong size. I ordered 8 Wide but the shoes felt a little narrow. This is a wide? I planned to wear them with Flat Socks, which helped with the heel slippage. In the end I decided to keep them as I think they will break in ok. Cute shoe and great neutral color!

They are a pretty well made shoe, however, my normal size 6.5 is just too large and too wide. I have other Vionic shoes where this is not the case so I am surprised. While I like the shoe overall, I am not crazy about the cross between a loafer and a sneaker so I will return them. Probably would keep if they fit properly, but sadly Ill return them for something else.

These shoes are roomier than I expected, leaving space for a sock or end of day feet swelling. I also discovered I can replace the insole with my customized orthotics, which is not often in the case with a dressier shoe. I do wish there was a little more padding in the foot bed.

Nice shoes but too loose in the heel for me

Shoes were a perfect fit for 9 1/2 wide feet with socks. Very comfortable right out of the box.

Runa a little large

No inner support. Just sort of flopped all over my foot. Suede leather is top quality, but without an inner structure, the heavy sole feels awkward. Maybe they,re just not made for my foot.

They look like a traditional penny loafer with weird soles, which I don’t particularly care for. They have modest arch support and they are just about wide enough if I don’t wear socks (I ordered wide). Not my favorite shoe, but they’ll do.

This shoe is nice looking but not nearly as flexible as in the ads. The shoe itself is flexible but the insert is very stiff. Did not fit my foot quite right so I'm returning.
