Definitely size up! I was looking for a comfortable dressier flat shoe for travel and I hope these will be them. I have had a number of Vionic shoes over the years, and these definitely ran small and slightly narrow. I had to return the first pair and get a half size larger for a better fit. They seem pretty comfortable but with only moderate arch support when compared to other Vionics. Luckily, the elastic band doesn’t cut into my foot like other straps can, so that is good. And that strap should keep my foot from slipping out as it does in many ballet flats.

Cute shoes but arch support was behind my arch so felt strange, and pushed me to walk on the outsides of my feet. Too bad. Usually vionics fit really well.

I have bought many pairs of Vionics because of Plantar Fasciitis, and I love the high arches, color and style of this Mary Jane. However, it runs a bit small in the toe box. I wish I had gotten a wide instead of a medium. I am finding that more of the styles seem to be more narrow than they once were. Small toe boxes are not got for one's feet and can lead to bunions.

I purchased my typical Vionic size (7) in these pretty little tan flats, since my experience with their heels has been that they run slightly small. I wish I'd bought my actual size (6.5), as these slip off my heels and are just a bit too long for me. That being said, they look great, and the elastic strap keeps them in place- and since I can't return/exchange them (they're final sale), I'll use a heel insert to make them work. I hope they bring this style back in other colors!

Pretty shoe that I bought a couple of weeks ago. I was skeptical
About the pewter color, but it is quite pretty. I purchased too sizes and kept the larger size in usual to give myself space. Following instructions, I walked around to break them in to create comfort. They are still uncomfortable, and I have come to the conclusion that this medium width is really more narrow than my other shoespretty but they hurt. I will donate these to charity. I am considering purchasing them same in Wide because they are so pretty with good arch support.

So cute. Fit like a glove, felt great. Then destroyed my heels like a demon on my first day out of the house with them....Still recovering.

These are very cute, ballet flats, something that I traditionally cannot wear because of lack of support. The elastic strap definitely helps prevent pronation. They are not as comfortable as my other Vionics as I require a little bit more height and padding. More of a sitting shoe than a walking shoe but Ithey look great.

These flats are really cute in person. The arch support is great, so they are comfortable that way. My only issue is that the top of the right shoe digs into the back of my foot and that’s not so great. I may see if my shoe repair guy can stretch it just a tiny bit and hope that fixes it because I like them otherwise!

I have many Vionic shoes (at least 20 pairs over the years) and generally wear them exclusively. These were cute but just not nearly as comfortable as other Vionics. I need the strong arch support, this shoe has a little (not really even moderate) and the shoe is very stiff. I'm trying to break them in wearing with socks, but not hopeful.

Beautiful shoes, and I wish that they would have worked for me. However, I picked fabric shoes because I was hoping they would be softer and have more give than stiff leather, and that was not the case. I have to return them due to difficulty with comfort on my painful feet.

Very narrow, I have wide feet and ordered a size 10. I usually order a 9 or 9.5 depending on width. Ordered a 10 and my little toes were too cramped and were being shoved under my foot almost. Not comfy at all. Also doesn't look like it'll stretch much. Otherwise very cute shoes, disappointed they don't come in a wide.
