Same issue - the strap will not stay on, meaning that the shoe won’t stay on my foot. I’ll have to retune them. Which is a shame, because they look beautiful.

The heal strap dont stay up unless you tighten the shoe down then it becomes uncomfortable

These shoes are really cute but they are incredibly uncomfortable. I have medium width feet with no issues and these are so cramped in the toe box, even for pointy shoes! I even tried them half a size larger than my regular size and the toes were still agony after 30 seconds just trying them on. I can only imagine how they would feel after a whole evening standing in them. Ouch!!

too small

The toe box was tiny. I wanted this shoe to work because it was so cute but it went right back. Nothing comfy about this shoe at all!

I had to return these as unwearable. The ankle strap would not stay up! It’s a shame, too, because they are very cute.
