Cute shoes; I like how they have a small heel. Makes them unique, as I usually wear ballet flats. These are pretty comfortable too and easy to walk in. Runs pretty true to size. I ordered my regular size and they were a little tight at first, but overall, I think this is the right size for me. Could work if I went a half size up too.

Shiny plastic, certainly not leather. Much too narrow at toes and wide in the heel. Terrible fit No wonder you are not able to return them. I would give it no stars if I could.. Save your money.

Overall I really liked these flats. In regards towards comfort I definitely had higher expectations (mainly because I don’t usually purchase flats higher than $30). For example, having to only break in only one shoe was a little odd.
However I found pairing them socks the first couple of weeks helps to break them in quicker. Now I can wear both comfortably. So problem solved! I do wish the insole was removable but other than that I absolutely love these!

I love pointed toe flats and was trying to replace a pair that I have worn out. Gave this style a try and the squared toe was surprisingly stylish and comfortable straight out of the box. Wore with wide legged jeans!

I am wearing the leopard print for the first time. This morning it felt great, but now its cutting across my foot. I ordered a 10M. I believe that a 10.5M would have felt better. I think the 10W would have been too wide and gapped. But I still love them just won't be able to wear tights later on.

This is a nice looking shoe with just enough of heel to make it look a little dressy. I was impressed with the comfortable footbed but the color wasn’t quite right for my outfit.

Overall, the fit was okay but felt 'off'; hard to describe. Post-purchased, I noticed that the material was man-made synthetic, so no expectations of improved comfort. Also thought that I may be able to cut off the pull tab at the heel, but it's ribbon that runs the length of the shoe's back seam. 0 / 2. Sorry, Zappos, we're trying. :(

Loved the style. Disappointed that the color on the website did not reflect the color in real life. I was hoping for a neutral color, but the shoe is more pink in real life. Had to return them.

Needed a wide shoe and fit wells in the front (ball) but the heel is too big so foot slips out. Would have liked to have kept because otherwise is very comfortable and stylish.

The shoe is stiff and a bit uncomfortable. Not a lot of give in the upper. It's cute and it's ok but if I got stuck in these for a long period I'd be pulling out bandaids. The rounded/squarish toe is nice.
