Issue for me is size small is always 28 - 30, size medium is 32-34. I need a 31. These fit 'as expected' on the first wearing, but shrank in the wash. Now I can say - These run small, cut shorter in the rise (about an inch) than my other Hanes mediums and about 1/4 inch small in the waist. The leg holes are cut smaller - still not a problem for me. The fabric is soft, has some loft to it, and the waistband is comfortable. If you are between sizes, this is a good one. I almost hate to review it that way, I don't want them to change the sizing. They may still be shrinking though. I will write back if it continuese

These boxers are very light weight and are excellent from a comfort standpoint.

Very comfortable fabric and waistband. They tended to loosen up in the middle after a while, so not great for a long day. Although maybe just a size down would help with that.

I have bought these for years but the last group I purchased the elastic in the legs failed while the fabric held up nicely. I had to throw away 12 pairs way before there time.

Most ok, but a couple seem larger in the leg hole. Hope they'll shrink with continued washings.

They're very comfortable, but the material around the legs don't hold out as long as some other types. So if kinda defeats the purpose of briefs.

Too saggy in the crotch. 3 might be generous. I used to wear them as a kid so I ordered them by mistake.

These are different from the ones I purchased previously the others had stretch to them these do not when ordering you didn't specify others 5 stars these 3 stars

Disappointed in product received. The brief/band shown in the picture is not what what my husband received. The pictured item is what we ordered. The band with Hanes printed in gray holds up much better than the white banded briefs that he received. The white band stretches out much quicker. Hope to find the previous style (gray band) when purchasing again.

I am frustrated trying to find my old favorites. If I could enter a search such as: "Midrise black 100% cotton briefs" I would be happy. I do not appreciate the color assortments which also feature fabric blend assortments. I have been using Hanes products for many years, but it looks like that is coming to an end.

They are lose fitting

My son likes blue briefs. Bring back the assorted blue package.

The actual fit didn't seem to match the sizing chart. They're too big.

I love Hanes but notice the material is thinner than in the past

I should be a medium at 33" fit really tight allow atleadt 2-3" difference.

They feel huge & bulky to wear. They are breathable but feel very awkward to wear.

The description says the briefs are 100% cotton. However, some colors are a blend of cotton and polyester.

I bought these to replace the one I bought on a previous order which were a perfect fit. When these arrived, I was and dried them as usual. When I tried them on they were extremely tight and uncomfortable. They were supposed to be large like the previous that were perfectly sized, but these fit like a small unless Hanes redesigned them.

I ordered two items in one transaction (the briefs and a pack of tank tops). They went ahead and cancelled one item by saying there was an issue one my card but proceeded to sent the other order so just be prepared for that. I went a size up based on the reviews. I'm a M but fit fine in a L. Calvin Klein and Hanes both run smaller. So go up a size

Quality not what I thought it would be. separation at the seam along the elastic band. this is the second time this has happened to me but ths time it was a different brief.

Quality has gone way downhill. The fit has changed for the worse. Leg opening is tight, and I have thin legs. The waist band is tight and leaves red mark and indentation on my waist. The material is also very stiff and rough ... not soft as they advertise. I loved the Costo packs when they had them. These are a lot different and not for the better. After years of wearing Hanes I am switching brands.

Some items shrunk and the stitching was terrible

I've had the Hanes Briefs for about a month and the elastic in the legs do not hold it's shape. After wearing them a couple times the elastic in the legs doesn't hold it up and things have away of falling out of the bottom and it becomes very uncomfortable.

Loved the Hanes I bought in a dept. store, and the photo online looked exactly like the ones I liked, so ordered. Disappointed, and sent them back. Very thin material, which is probably why they were so affordable. And the ones that arrived didn't look like the ones in the online catalog.
