The arches of the shoes did not align with my arches which made the shoes unwearable.

These were very cushy but didn't feel terribly supportive. My biggest issue was the back of the shoe where it hit my heel--it was very stiff and rubbed against my foot uncomfortably so I opted to return them.

l ordered a 10.5 and was sent a 10. It wasn't even a vesper, which is what I ordered. It didn't come in a birdies box. It came loosely in an Amazon box with no packing. I'm really, really unhappy. I'm out $162 x 2 until I get my refunds!! I was told by the person on the telephone that they probably didn't have a 10.5 so just sent out a 10! So, now I get the inconvenience of sending it back and waiting for my refund. Really unhappy!!

I ordered these Birdies six weeks ago. I have worn them to work five times. They are already falling apart. Absolutely terrible quality, I really regret purchasing these...

I ordered the Vesper because it looks really good, however, in my regular size, it was too tight. I reordered because as I mentioned, they do look good. The next size was too big and so I have given up on this particular shoe.

The shoes were very uncomfortable and causes blisters all over my feet.

After one day of wear the seam along the back is coming undone. Also, the leather has peeled off the shoe. This is my 3rd pair of Birdies and is very disappointing.
