I like these boots and might reorder them in a half a size smaller. Usually I wear an 8.5N sometimes a 9N, but when these arrived I was surprised to find that although I ordered 8.5's, they were too long. Hoping the arch fits better in 8's,too. I really like the style though and I greatly appreciate that they're narrow enough for my skinny feet.

Finally a “true” narrow boot. I ordered an 11N and they do run a little long but no 10.5 so I will definitely keep them.

I love these ankle boots! I am a teacher and am on my feet all day. These boots are comfortable and cute. I'm looking at getting it in more colors.

I really wanted to love these shoes but I was looking for a brown (rather than gray) and the tip of the shoe had a shine on them that was just a little too cowboy for me. I wish more brands carried a true size 12 shoe (other than a tennis shoe).

The heel area was too wide.

The ball of foot was good for narrow feet. The heel was a bit big and slippery. Comfortable footbed but were noisy and clunky!

There is a opening on the side of the boot and I have a very narrow foot which slipped around when walking due to this opening. Otherwise very cute

The shoes seem to run large. The suede leather looked a bi beat up on the right boot. Not the typical SoftWalk quality I was expecting

I had ordered this cute boot in a 10.5 and the cushion was fabulous- I needed it a bit smaller- but the size 10 did not have the same cushioning- so I will swim in the 10.5

I tried a 9.5 N and thought it was too long and too wide. The boot was very comfortable so I thought I'd go down to a 9N but this time it was still too wide thought the length was better. The heel was just still too wide. There is an opening on the outer side of the boot that contributes to the looseness. I wish it fit as I really liked it and it's so hard to get boots on my narrow feet.

I really liked the casual look of these boots. The 10N felt a bit long but width was fine. Unfortunately the heels had an annoying clacking sound with each step so they are going back.

Sadly, I never even tried these on due to scuff marks in the toe of one and those marks on the sides of the other. Very disappointed. However, returning was easy once I called Zappos directly. My request was not granted when I went via Amazon.

I am having such a difficult time finding booties this year! I am trying all different brands and sizes and no luck! These are pretty boots, however, the ankle region is very wide and would interfere with pants. And, all over too wide as well. I love you Zappos for letting me try and try and try until I find something I love!
