I think these are awesome sandals...I think...I read the reviews and then went with the Zappos recommended size, which was tooooo wiiiide. The footbed is amazingly comfortable, they look un-sexy enough to wear to work, which was my aim. Exchanging to try another size.

I kept these because they were the only thong sandals I could find. I love how they look. They have comfortable padding, but I can’t walk a long time in them because they need arch support. I am replacing them because I need to be able to adjust fir my thin foot. The buckle in the back helps, but if I make it tight enough to make my foot secure, it makes the thong part hurt between my toes. So the adjustment needs to be across the instep.

My usual size is 7M, which I ordered, too small in length and width. I returned them and ordered the 7 1/2 M, thinking the extra length would also reflect an increase in width, wrong. I also need arch support and feel these sandals had none. Disappointed, they are very cute and stylish.

Toe thong rubs my toes, maybe just to being new but can’t wear long causes a blister.

These shoes are very cute, but they run narrow. Sadly they have to go back.

I ordered a narrow and it fit perfect except the cross strap was too big. It didn't even touch my foot - was floating in the air.

Loved the style and comfort of this shoe but after reading the reviews I ordered a Wider Width than I normally wear, but my toes hung over the side of the shoes. Sizing is off. I am returning them.

Not really a wide width.

The shoe fit had enough strap to accommodate a wide foot, however the footbed was smaller and my WW foot hung over on both sides where the shoe did not have straps. Inmho, the shoe bed should be WIDE. Also the insole was hard, no cushioning.

Once again too short in the foot bed, toes hang over the edge, otherwise a very good fit. But I love the narrow size in a sandal.

Top is too wide.

I really liked the shoes. They are comfortable, provide cushion, and good arch support. Unfortunately, the strap broke after 2 years. I messaged Softwalk about their product warranty and it's only for 1 year. Considering how expensive the shoes are, I was hoping they would have lasted longer or Softwalk would have a better return policy. I will not buy their shoes again.

The left shoe is defective. The strap is too short.

I love the look, but the fit was off. I ordered a 1/2 size larger than my usual size, and it still seemed to be a whole size too small. I ordered an extra wide width (I do have wide feet), but the actual width seemed like regular width, enough so that ordering a size up would not have fixed my issues. I wish these shoes would have worked but I had to return them.

These fit very strangely. I was excited to see a WW width but they seemed to be extra wide only in the upper and not the footbed. My wide feet were hanging off the sides of the footbed but swimming in the straps. Only the heel strap can be adjusted, and even then not much, so the rest of the straps were way too loose with no way to tighten them. It seems like they were designed more for someone with a "tall" or "fat" foot who needs extra room in the straps rather than an actually wide footbed. The quality seemed fine, but the fit was awful so back they went!

These were super cute, but even the narrow was way too big for my long, slender foot and narrow ankles. The search continues for a casual black sandal for summer.

I ordered narrow 1 was some what narrow the other was very lose. They also had a bad smell to them.

I really wanted to love this sandal as it came in wide and in navy blue - really wanted a navy blue sandal. But the side straps were too long and did not lie flat against my foot but floated in the air.

This sandal is way too narrow. I have never had a problem with sandals or shoes being too narrow and have always worn a medium width. With this sandal my baby toe constantly falls off the edge. Poor measurement control.

Shoes fit perfectly. Unfortunately the stitching on the straps that buckle in back was already fraying - on both shoes. Poor workmanship. So I am returning them. I’m disappointed as they were just what I needed otherwise.

Not good for true narrow foot. Or someone who is slim.

The length was acceptable, but the width on this shoe is massive. And because the sole of the shoe is a different color than the handle (black handle with camel colored sole) it's incredibly noticeable. I'd size down and select a narrow width if I was going to give them a shot, but I'm going to pass this time.

The sandals in the box were Rocport Sandals not the ones I ordered - dang, I wanted these for my vacation!!!!

There is a seam on the sandal right under the ball of my foot that goes all the way across that makes my toes go numb. I wore them for two hours and am unable to wear them again. They're super cute and fit well, but with that issue, it's impossible to wear them.

I want to love these shoes because they are so cute! But, I have narrow feet and even ordering a narrow width the only way to keep them on my feet is to tighten up the strap on the heal. Then that pulls the piece between the toes too tight and they are just flopping around everywhere else. Darn it! Doesn't anyone make narrow shoes that don't look like my grandmothers shoes?! So disappointing.
