Very nice shoes , and I was going to keep them, but then I started walking. Super comfy to stand in, but rub in all the wrong places to walk in. Back they go.

These sandals were cute and I think they would have provided decent arch support, but they were more narrow than I expected. My foot would not slide all the way so I had to return them.

I ordered these in a wide width, which I usually wear, these felt a little to wide and my foot was slideing forward in the sandal so I decided to return these.

I purchased this shoe and had to send it back due to almost immediate wear between the top straps. Zappos was gracious, of course! They were lovely and immediately replaced that pair. I decided to give it another try and see how it worked out. Sadly, I must say that there is serious wear between the straps (again), the leather seriously stretched out, causing my foot to slide uncomfortably forward. At this point, I'm just going to get rid of them. Too bad, because the style is very versatile.

Unfortunately, this shoe is not as dressy-looking in person as it is in the picture. Also, I ordered an AA width, but it fits like a B. If your feet are as narrow as mine, this narrow won't work.

I have a hard to finding sandals. I don't like thongs and I can't do really flat sandals because they don't have lots of support. I thought this sandals were going to work well. The soles were great, comfortable, flexible just enough of a heel to provide support. Where these shoes fell short were the crisscross straps. The lining of the leather straps has a rough edge the rubs up against the foot somewhat. I might have tolerated that but the stapes make noise when you walk which was annoying. I was deciding between these and some Clarks sandals and I think I will have to go with the Clarks. I may try other styles in SoftWalks since they seem to have comfortable soles.

These had to go back. Comfy but rubbed terribly right at bony part of instep, though I've not had issues with high instep. If the edges of the cross straps were softer I don't think it would have hurt. Gave up after 30 min of wearing. Zappos doesn't allow photos, but could have shown shoe on and then the red mark after just a half hour. Would never have survived a day in them.

I had to return them because even in a 2A they were still to wide for my feet.

Should have believed all the comments about how wide this shoe is! ALso very open from top.

I truly love the design of this sandal, but unfortunately, the crisscross of the straps dig into the top of your foot. Had to return it.

This SoftWalk sandal was not as cushy and comfortable as my other SoftWalk sandals, nor was it as attractive. I returned them.

This shoe is not very attractive but if it had been comfortable, I probably would have kept it. But it wasn't comfortable and the strap rubbed the arch on the inside of my left foot

The leather on these sandals was very soft! I'm returning them because they are a heavy shoe and walking in them causes a flip flop and I didn't like that. Otherwise, a pretty sandal.

For the cost, I had to love it and I didn't. Straps felt like rubber against my feet.

I've worn these shoes less than 10x (I also have the solid black and have probably worn them 30-40x). In both cases the back, on top where your heel hits, just looks awful. Like I've worn them 100s of time, in the rain, through the mud, etc. The tops are cute--maybe a little too cute (I missed the ladybug when ordering) but when you're 12ww, beggars can't be choosy!

I ordered the flower print sandal and it's very pretty and size is true. That said, the interior finish of the cross-over leather straps is very rough, almost like sandpaper! I was hoping it would soften, and it might eventually, but I find them too uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. The solid color ones might feel better due to leather curing process... who knows!

These seemed OK when I first slipped them on, so I went ahead and wore them. BIG mistake! They keep slipping off my feet. I can't walk up stairs, or walk quickly across the street without then slipping off. I usually wear medium width.... but i'll have to wear bulky socks and use these in the Winter! Oh well. Item should have noted these run wide. I liked the idea of the wrap-over design. won't buy this brand again... not sure I'll order from Zappos again. I've worn them outside twice. Can't return them... so stuck with them.

These slide sandals are cute and seemed comfortable at first, but after wearing for a while the little bumps on the inside soles are irritating. I thought I would get used to them but I never did. I wish I had returned them.

I was disappointed in the sandals, as the width was not quite enough, and they make a flip flop sound when I walk. The leather is very soft, and the insole is fairly comfortable. I'm desperate to find decent sandals this year so I kept them since I like how they look. And I'm hoping they stretch out a little.

Just a word of warning. This design has those little bumpy things under the foot. Since most people would wear this style with bare feet, if you do not like the feel of such bumps, you will not like these shoes, which otherwise are pleasant and useful.

I really wanted this shoe to work for me, after wearing around the house for 2 days, it just felt like the soft Nappa leather was strangling my foot. Cute shoe but it's going back.

I have really wide feet, so I ordered these in EE width. They were really wide. Like, would not stay on my feet when I walked wide. They are nice, comfortable shoes, but the straps do not go very far back on your feet, so if you like your sandals to feel more solid, this is not the pair for you. But they are very cute and like all Softwalk shoes, have a nice, comfortable sole.
