The fit and size were a perfect fit. These are the lightest composite toe work shoes that I have ordered. And with Amazon requiring shoes with Composite toes, these will not get my legs tired walking for a 10 hour shift.

As someone who has essentially been forced to wear heavy, ugly, steel-toe boots ALL the time due to the rarity of finding anything stylish in a size 15w, Reebok Work has revolutionized the work shoe industry with these flawless, Stylin' shoes. These are very nice shoes, I really enjoy wearing them. The sole pads slip out when I take my shoes off, which is annoying at first, but this allows them to air out better.

I’m a 56 year old female that works at Amazon 10 hour shifts on my feet, so comfort is very important.
I chose these shoes in a size 7 in men’s (I normally wear a 6.5 in men’s) for comfort as in my experience men’s shoes are wider than women’s. I wanted an athletic style to go with any outfit both jeans and leggings. I swapped out the insoles with different ones that are more comfortable. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the cheap straps which are made cheaply. I got tired of fixing them as they never stayed in place -so- I pulled them out and removed them completely. Overall with the half size up, replaced insoles and removed straps, they are a great pair of work shoes and comfortable!

So instead of getting my normal half way up my leg everyday wearing factory work boots that get wicked heavy on a good day, that also get a little arctic frost in The winter a d swamp my toes out in the summer I decided to try the Reebok work series shoe for my daily stomper and I'll never go back. My feet thanked me faster than I could see how they were being stepped on. Comfort fit and ready for the long haul I will continue to recommend these shoes.

I really liked the look of these shoes and ordered them. They are comfortable and wide enough for my feet. However I work in a kitchen and needed slip resistant shoes and took a chance on these but they are not very slip resistant on water. It's the only reason I didn't rate them 5 stars.
