Very warm and comfortable.

Love it. Like getting to wear my slippers all day at work. Cute shoe and warm for winter

Was so excited to receive these shoes. Had never worn Trotters before so wasn't sure what to expect. Normally wear an 8W. This was a FULL SIZE too large, as my heel was slipping out of the shoe. That being said, extremely comfortable shoe. Inside was soft like a slipper but with a 'outside' like heel.

I ordered my usual size and the heel was way too wide and slipped. So I returned those and ordered a narrow. It was also too wide in the heel and slipped. I was so disappointed- I wanted these to work.

I like the slippers and they fit well in the toe. The fit in the heel is quite loose and doesn't keep the slippers on. Too bad.

These are nice lookng shoes. This is the first time I have ordered a wide shoe and it was too wide, in the heel area. It would not stay on my foot. I had to return them

Sent them back. A little wide and a little too slipper looking.

These looked so comfy in the pictures. But, they are not at all comfortable in real life. They are hard, inflexible and run small. They are going back.

I have high arch and could not even get on my feet

My foot slipped out of the back of the shoe but the toe was too narrow and pinched my big toe. Had to return.
