I was quite surprised how well these fit, especially I’m a 12 W and I can never find shoes in my area and I was in desperate need of some dress shoes. These arrived and I prepared myself to return them but no… First try they were quite nice. My only concern was that the heel might cause a few blisters in the first few wears but I can use tape to help with that. They are slightly tight around the toes but I’m pretty certain they will expand as I wear them more. I’m happy I got these?

It's difficult to find shoes in a Womens 10 1/2 M, I was thrilled! So many shoe manufacturer's don't make 10 1/2s!!! These are comfortable, have good arch support & nice looking.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes, liking the style of this pair more. The only negative point I have is how they were packaged/shipped. It was packaged in a plastic shipping envelope (no padding!) and when I opened it the shoe box was completely broken as if the delivery truck had run over it!

Very comfortable and didn't flop when I walked. Decoration on toe makes the shoe dressy. And the toe box is comfortable. These are my first pair of Trotters. I'll look for this brand.

The 101/2 fit perfectly!

Such pretty shoes. I would buy in other colors, they feel so good on. I have problem feet so finding pretty, wearable shoes is not easy. A keeper!

I like the shoe very much,but it seems to run a little big. I ordered a medium width had to send it back and ordered narrow, wish I had ordered a half size smaller.

These shoes are perfect for completing my outfit for an upcoming wedding. It is a formal wedding and I have to wear flats. Very dressy and comfortable for a long evening wear!

I loved the look of this shoe, but I couldn't get to fit. I normally wear a wide-width, but when I bought this in the normal medium width, it was still too wide.

Nice shoe, attractive. However, my left toe was cramped and the arch support didn't fit my arches.

Even with a Narrow, I was walking out of the heels. Had to return them.

Apparently I am more of a 10 3/4. I thought if I tried a wide it would be ok, but too wide. Ended up with 11 M which is a little loose, but maybe with footies will be all right over the long haul if these don't stretch out. Very nicely padded, can't walk the streets but definitely can go out to dinner, church or an event in them.

These were super cute and very comfortable. I bought them in Sand and returned them because they didn't match the color in the picture (slightly darker and more light brown than tan) so they didn't go with the outfit I needed them for. I am going to order them in black and/or pewter just because they are so cute!

Really comfortable shoe . Kits of foot support. Reading the reviews, it was said this show ran large. I ordered 1/2 size down… they were to small , no stock in my reg size.

The toe on the upper is much shorter than anticipated. They didn’t quite feel secure on my foot and I don’t think it was because of size. Otherwise recommended.

Nice shoe great color...runs large I think...I ordered 9W I should have ordered 8.5 or 8.

This kept slipping off my heels when I stepped. Maybe I should have ordered 1/2 smaller and a double wide? But not available. Loved the look of the shoe.

Bought two; a wide and a regular. Returning the regular. The wide is comfortable but a little loose in the heel. I fixed it with a heel pad. I don't have any issues with my feet other than they are wide lol so I cant really comment on arch support etc. Stylish shoe, and will wear with just about any type of jeans or pant. Brown is always hard for me to find for some reason. So another win with Zapppos !

These look nice however while the length and toe box are fine, despite ordering a narrow, my heels still slip out. I will have to get some heal inserts which will fix the issue and then they’ll be fine.

These seemed a big large in the heels, but I suspect medium would have been too tight in the toes, so I’m keeping them and will insert a heel-pad. The style is great and they feel comfortable otherwise.

I bought these for my daughter, I returned a 10 wide, her normal size because they were too long & wide. I thought a 9 1/2 wide would fit, the length fit, but the heels were too wide. I returned these also, shame because they are cute stylish shoes & appear to have good arch support.

Love this shoe but it was a full size smaller than I usually wear!

Uppers were not real leather. Only the trim. Synthetic does not wear well. I wanted something more durable so I returned them .
