Really well made shoes... but, I'm afraid they're too flat in the toe box for me. I need more vertical space in shoes. Bummer since I REALLY love the style. :( Goin' back. Thanks, Zappos... you are the best in service.

Ordered the 7.5 in this shoe; unfortunately, my toes (which are a bit long) are squeezed at the end, but an 8 would be too long. Otherwise, it's a nice shoe--for someone else's foot.

I have trouble with flats because the rounded front usually hurts the bone below my big toe. These are cut differently and are incredibly comfortable. I also think they look dressier than most flats. I commute to the city, so I need a shoe that is comfortable.

These are amazing. Regular ballet flats hurt the bone below my big toe, but these are cut to avoid that bone. They have some padding/support on bottom of your foot as well.

The Grey Cheetah is really brown and black, and the material is fur-like. The background looked grey on my monitor, which would go with more of my wardrobe, so I am returning them. Other than the color discrepancy, they are cute and comfortable shoes, I have a pair in another color.

I love these shoes! I am on my feet all day, so need the extra cushioning and support these shoes provide. I bought the basic black leather in my normal size 7.5, and they fit perfectly. I may have to look into other colors and styles.

I truly am a name brand shopper - in supermarkets, at retail stores and especially on-line shopping. That's one reason I love Zappos! I purchased a pair of the Trotters Este shoes along with some other styles of flats. Out of 6 pairs of flats the Trotters were the most comfortable and stylish on my feet. I'm not surprised as there are 5 other pair of Trotters in my shoe closet! They were very comfortable the very first time I tried them on. Why go to any other brand - stick with a name you can trust.

I bought the navy with silver - which is so different than anything I've ever seen - very nice looking when on! Also - this shoe is comfortable - especially for a flat! I'm going to buy another pair in a different color!

Great looking shoes. Run small. Unfortunately, when I got the smaller size the cut of the shoe didn't work with my bunion, so had to return them.

Always looking for something different, I purchased these thinking I'd probably send them back as I don't like gold. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried them on and fell in love! I got the black with gold in 9W and really feel that these will add a little zip to my shoe wardrobe.
Before I wear them however, I must take them to the shoemaker to have the heels replaced. With these very small heels, I know I will easily wear them out and then the shoe will be destroyed. This happens to me with every shoe with a very small heel. And these shoes are too expensive to wear for a season and have to toss!
I wish these shoes were available with a silver stripe as well. Navy & silver would be wonderful!
