These are lovely shoes - everything about them is perfect, but my most-of-the-time usual size wasn't available, so I ordered a half-size up because that often works, too, depending upon the brand. I did sign up to be alerted to when my size becomes available, which is a great feature of the site.

I bought these in an 8.5N, in the Brandy Croco color. I have a very narrow foot and heel, the narrow in these fits well at the ball of the foot, but is a little loose in the heel. They almost feel like they are going to come off my heel when walking, but they seem to stay on so far. I tried the next size down 8N, just to see if the fit improved, but they were too small. They are surprisingly comfortable for a pointed toe flat, no crunched toes, and look very nice on. The brown croco is nice, although I would have preferred just a plain brown leather. I was on the fence about keeping them due to the loose heel but in the end I decided to keep them give them a true chance, since my feet are hard to fit and stylish narrow shoes are hard to find.

I went down a half a size and they fit perfectly. Nice looking shoe and very comfortable. Cushioning inside really helps. Good arch support, much better than most flats.

These are so perfect! They look a bit more stylish than some other flats and are so comfortable. I ordered the wide and that gives me plenty of room without them sliding off of my feet. I worry about a pointed toe but these are wide enough through the end of my foot so fit well. These will look great with slacks.

This flat is exactly what I was looking for. I love pointy toes shoes but often find they are too tight in my normal size 7. These fit perfect in a 7 wide. The toe area of the insole is sueded which I find increases the comfort. The color is as described. There is light padding but otherwise no arch support typical of this type of flat. I wore them comfortably out of the box for a limited time and they were fine but may not be supportive enough for all day walking.

beautiful, quality made shoe that is a classic. If you are narrower through the heel you will need to go with a narrow width in this shoe. I have never been a narrow width in any other shoe but in this shoe I am narrow. I have a regular, medium width through the foot but my heel is narrow in the back. The 8N fits perfectly. The 8M was too roomy through the foot and also in the back of the heel.

I wear the same size in most shoes and this one fits just like the usual. It is comfortable, stylish without being flashy and a true brown, not reddish or beige toned. I am never disappointed with Zappos shoes.

Love these flats in Brown Croco! Very stylish with my matching croco belt. They were comfortable right out of the box, and the wide width accommodated my bunions.

Was looking for nice brown flats to wear with a pants outfit to a wedding. These are just what I wanted. The fit great and they are very comfortable.

I wanted so badly to love these shoes. Alas they just didn't fit. I tried an 8 W and it was too long. Then I tried a 71/2 W and they were too short. Feeling a little like Goldilocks, I decided to quit while I was ahead. These shoes are very cute and I'm sad that I can't make them work.

I love everything about these shoes! The are very comfortable, more comfortable than other flats I own. They are made from soft, quality leather, and the style is simple but dressy enough for work. If they came in patent leather, I'd get a second pair.

Wow these are awesome. No bunion pain, no ball of foot pain, no crunched toes. The leather is soft and doesn't hurt. I am normally a 7.5-8.5 in a C width. I ordered a 7.5W (D) and they are loose in the heels, but I will get heel pads for that. Love these shoes. I ordered in Black, Brown Crocodile and Black Crocodile. If they had them in Wine I would die :)

I am usually an 8.5 and went according to somereviews and bought an 8medium. however they were too tight. i believe i need an 8.5 medium. however the pointed toe wasnt the cause of discomfort. it was just not long enough. the foot sits in a wide space before the pointed toe so it is super comfortable. i hope the next size will work out as they are very pretty. the color is a dark nude color. a little lighter would have been more to my taste however still beautiful.

I am a size 11 medium in most brands, but with Trotters I usually wear a 10.5 medium. With this shoe, I found that with the more pointed toe box I needed the extra length. There is no arch support, but I use inserts which takes care of that problem. Also, the shoes do not have a matching pattern, so when you look down at your feet you will see different colors and patterns. Personally, I love the variety, but if you are OCD about everything matching, you may want to look elsewhere. These will be great for all the lighter colors that I wear in the summer. Fun shoe!!

Amazing! Fit my narrow feet. Great for travel and literally go with EVERYTHING!

I am a true size 10 shoe, and I had been finding it difficult to find pointed toe shoes that didn't hurt ( I need a pair of classy pointed toe black flats to go to London and walk a great deal). Normally ladies round up a 1/2 shoe size, but typically 10 1/2 doesn't exist. In the Trotters Estee, a true 10M was perfect, and even with a bit of wiggle room. I had tried Naturalizer "Alya" flats first because they were marked down, but they just didn't fit well. I splurged on these, and they are worth it because they fit better, they are more comfortable, and they are better quality materials. These are very chic! I am wearing them on the Queen Mary 2 fashion week transatlantic crossing. They are a great basic chic staple!

Loved these shoes but was shocked by how long they were! Im a solid 7.5 WW (yes I have duck feet)! I’m returning these for 6.5 WW

These are not the most stylish or chic of all pointy flats out there, but the quality is a cut above. They look and feel like grown-up shoes! It’s a good, professional look. I wore them for the first time today and was on my feet a lot—very comfortable. They have a lot of soft padding inside, but you don’t get that impression from outside.
