I failed to notice that these shoes were made with synthetic leather and that is why I am returning them. I love the style but my feet can't tolerate the heat that this synthetic leather creates.

I purchased these shoes to be my new go-to dog walking shoe. I prefer to wear a slip-on for routine dog walking and these truly fit the bill. The synthetic uppers look a lot like real leather and the interior lining is very soft, if not sumptuous. Even my shoe repair boutique (Denos in Highland Park, Dallas) was impressed. The somewhat taller-than-a-traditional ballerina platform just adds to the comfort level walking on concrete. And, because they are synthetic, I have no issues walking through wet grass, etc. Having said this, I had two issues that needed correcting. The top outer walls of the uppers are a bit too high on my foot and hit the lower part of my ankle bones. Another reviewer below mentioned this as well. My shoe repair boutique suggested a heel insert ($7.99) that has corrected this problem for me. The other issue was the slightly sloppy stitching on the exterior gusset (one of four) of the left shoe. This rough bump kept rubbing on my foot. My repair for this small problem came courtesy of an old nail file. Two minutes to smooth out this rough spot and viola! a very comfortable, inexpensive ballerina to slip on for the twice daily dog walking. And, if I happen to keep going with them on, they look quite stylish heading to the grocery, etc.

They are too narrow across the toes and the heel slips.

My only problem with the shoes is that I ended up with it rubbing the back of my ankle and creating a sore. I haven’t had that problem for a lot of years. Otherwise the shoes were very comfortable for me during an active evening of serving and helping at a party.

For how functionally comfortable these look, I did not find them super comfortable while walking. I did love how stable the bottoms felt and how I was able to really turn and stop well in these shoes, like a tennis shoe!

This is the first pair of shoes in a few years that actually fit length and width. Most shoes are too wide for my B width. Stylish and a small wedge heel and comfy inside heel back. I'm happy!!

Had to go a size up due to them not being available in the half size I needed and maybe that's why there was quite a bit of gapping on the sides. Other than that, it's a very attractive and comfortable shoe.

I've bought numerous pairs of Naturalizer shoes and sandals over the years. I'm not sure what has happened to this company. Their shoes used to fit perfectly, and held up well. Many now don't fit properly, and this is one example of that. They're just too big. I could easily get my index finger into the shoe behind my heel, between my heel and the back of the shoe. That's at least a half-size too big. Other reviwers here said they had a problem with these shoes staying on. That explains why. (I guess I had to find out for myself!). These shoes are quite comfortable, and MIGHT have stayed on properly when wearing decently thick socks, but that was a big "if." Nor did I want to be locked in to wearing them with basically winter socks. I also take issue with the price. These are not even real leather and they cost what they might IF they were leather. And that's without any ornamentation whatsoever. (That price is on Naturalizer, not on Zappos.) Very disappointing.

I ordered this shoe about 6 months ago, and really, I've worn them only a few times. They run at least a 1/2 size small, fitting like an 8.5 rather than my true 9. Should have returned them. They are not relaxing much with wear and by the end of the day (I have been wearing them only at home) I need to take them off. They look good, but don't feel right. These do not feel like a Naturalizer shoe.

I bought this shoe based on the style and the comfort I knew Naturalizer would provide. I purchased my normal size 9.5 and based on reviews chose a wide width. The toe bed was perfect but the heel slipped terribly. Additionally, because this shoe is not real leather, it doesn’t have the sturdiness to support my foot in all day wear.

I need a 10 narrow. This shoe is not made in a narrow width. I'm going to try a half size smaller.

For me, the lenght was just a little too long but not necessarily a half size, and I felt as if my foot would slip out of the shoe. This was the case after returning one pair when the sizing on one foot was off from the other and ordering the same pair to see if the fit was better. It was somewhat better but still felt too loose. I didn't want to go down a 1/2 size and have the shoe be too tight. Found something else that worked. Bummed because I really like the shoe design - sleek and simple with a slight wedge.

Fits OK, and seem comfortable, but I decided the style wasn't for me.

I almost always wear a 6 1/2 M. I purchased these a size larger as suggested by reviewers. Still way too small!

I really liked the way this shoe looked in person. Unfortunately, this shoe cut across the top of my foot and wouldn’t work.

I really liked this shoe. It can be paired with skirts, pants and capris, but there is no arch support. I teach, and am on my feet all day, so I need a shoe with arch support. That said, I do have old feet, and a younger person may not need arch support. (I am 60). There is wonderful padding or memory foam, and it is a comfortable shoe, but just not for me.

I ordered these in off white for my elderly mom, but they are a bit too large, flopping off her heel. Nice looking shoe and mom said comfortable.

Ballet flats by design have to fit snugly along the side of the foot, but the top edges of these shoes really cut into my feet (width too narrow). At the same time, the left shoe flops off my heel when I walk, causing chafing (width too wide). I can't look forward to breaking these in more, because then they'll be more apt to slip off my heel.

Size was fine but the width seemed off. Very little support. I wanted to like these shoes cause they are cute but sadly returned them.
