Love these shoes. So comfortable and look great.

These are very attractive and comfortable. I was looking for a more delicate ankle boot that could work with skirts or dresses as well as pants. Here they are! And a great value. This color and width are hard to find.

I ordered both the Women's SoftWalk Rubi in the Black/Lizard and the Black/Croco. The Black/Lizard in an 8.5 M and the the Black/Croco in an 8 M. The Black/Lizard arrived a few days ahead of schedule and I was exited about the early delivery. But a little disappointed because they were too big. I had to return them for a half size smaller. This evening (11/18/22) the Black/Croco arrived and oh what a difference the half size smaller made. I believe the structure of these boots are specifically for women who wear a size 8 or a smaller boot. If you purchase these boots above a size 8 you don't care about the look you care more about fit. Because with the 8.5 boots the leather have so many folds which makes these boots look unattractive and way too big. The Black/Croco is a far superior looking boot and shines up very well. Since, I returned the Black/Lizard I am now waiting for my second pair of Black/Croco. Outfit already picked out. Customer Service was Outstanding!!!!!

Excellent fit. Love these shoes.

The fit overall is okay. I added a small insole and the fit was much better (I have extremely narrow feet and high arches) . There is a lot of material on the top of the shoe but this is A BOOTIE not a loafer and that is to be expected. My booties have not wrinkled at all. I have gotten many compliments. The first wear was on my feet for more than 6 hours and they were comfortable. I cannot walk out of them at all. The ONLY thing I dont like is the heel - its wooden but it has a PLASTIC bottom. This is slippery on a marble floor and VERY loud. I added thin rubber overlay.

The toe flips up. I prefer toe to be flat with shoe.

Just looked unattractive on my foot. I don’t know if it was the style or color.

I love the look of this boot, especially the soft interior and buttery leather but the size I usually wear slips off my foot. I will be returning them.

I have a high instep and have difficulty getting my foot into a boot. This bootie has a deep zipper but the style shows zippers on both sides which would have made them much easier to get on. The outside zipper is just for show.

Just a bit too wide in heal for me. I have narrow heals. Otherwise it would have been fine.

I like the look of this boot and was very excited to try these on. I ordered a little bit big because i expected to use my orthotic with this boot, but the top edge of the boot is quite stiff and was a blister in the making at my ankle bone.

The boot fit and it was very pretty but I am returning it. It just was not that comfortable while walking around in my house so it probably would be awful spending a whole day in it.

Nice style, but leather very stiff compared to past Softwalks I’ve had. Footbed seemed less cushioned.

These booties are cute and feel comfortable once they are on, BUT they are so very difficult to get on your foot! It's as if the zipper doesn't allow the boot to open enough to get your foot inside. Both my daughter and I tried them on, and we agreed on that fact being the deal breaker on these otherwise nice boots. The boot feels stable. I wear a wide width and my daughter wears a regular. This boot was more comfortable for her since we ordered the regular, but still fit my foot snuggly.

I have a very narrow foot. These shoes although narrow width, were much too big. I liked the design.

Didn't like faux zipper on on one side. Would have worked better for me if this had been a concealed overlapping opening. This design made it too hard to put the boots on.

They are just not comfortable around the ankle. They are larger at the top and prevent wearing them with pants that I wanted to wear.

Did not fit

Very cute boot...but for my size 12W feet, it just didn't work. The boot felt very narrow, around the opening for your foot, and felt terribly flat and overly hard on the bottom. The entire boot was very stiff. No amount of breaking in would have worked. What a shame, because these are super cute.
