The length was fine but the width was too wide.

Arch support was too high and too far forward.

The length and width were fine. The arch support was much too high and was uncomfortable.

left shoe was narrower than right.

The fit and size was good. The primary consideration in my choice was the toe box and width. Very few brands including Clarks have this consideration. The width was good the toe box very comfortable. There was a padded arch area which was good.

This pair of shoes is stable and has nice insole. However, if you look for flexible and soft flat shoes, they might not be for you.

sending back, wide is too wide for my regular width feet, half size down would have been perfect for length...but didn't care for the padding inside, either.

Loved this shoe, and the width was great but the gap at heel (even with inserts) was not going to work for me - disappointed…

I wear a narrow shoe but these were so tight length and width both that I barely got my feet in them. Felt at least a size too small and very narrow. Style was nice.

The material was stiff and the left shoe felt significantly larger than the right. Also, the shoes were very wide so that they gapped as I walked in them.

Shoe was well made, but it was way wider than I expected for Narrow. I walked right out of the shoe.

I wanted to love these. They are classy and the inside feels so soft & cushioned. But, man. I ordered my regular size and could barely get them on. Order at least a half size up.

These shoes fit my feet like a glove. They were so comfortable and went with almost everything. Notice my use of past tense.. The leather on the heel started wearing almost immediately. I do have to walk a good 15 minutes each way to the parking garage from work, but it’s paved. For $99, a shoe should stand up to that, especially comfort flats. It didn’t take long for the toe and sides of the sole to start tearing and discoloring too. I kept wearing the torn up shoes for months because they were so comfortable, but it got to the point that they didn’t appear work-appropriate. I wish the sole and heel had a little more buffering, maybe with additional rubber. I can’t seem to find a similar style that I like as much, but these were a total value loss, so I don’t want to buy another pair.

I really like the shoes, but will return and order a smaller size. I'm actually a size 11 1/2, but ordered a size 12 (since 11 1/2 isn't available). I'm hoping size 11 will be a good fit since I really like the shoes.

I usually wear a size 8.5, but some reviews said the shoe ran small. I ordered a 1/2 size up and it was still too small. The full size up was too large. I felt like Cinderella's step sister. These shoes weren't for me.

Beautiful shoe, seems to be well made, love the style and colors, but it runs about 1/2 size too large. I ordered my usual size 7W and am returning it for a 6 1/2 W.

This flat has a highly cushioned insole (a plus) but it's sweded and for me that's a minus. The fabric covered insole retains heat so after a while, feet feel too hot, also, it's hard to just slide your foot into the shoe because of the traction the faux swede provides. The area of the cap toe has no give and that is where the shoe feels most uncomfortable. Otherwise, the leather has a nice substantial feel and the color makes them easy to style with almost anything. I had to add additional gel heel inserts for additional support and because the back of the shoe is high so the inserts help raise my foot out of the shoe just enough to avoid blisters. Mine needed some breaking in., but now they are nice. I wouldn't walk too far in them, but then, I have plantar faciitis, so the lack of heel support may not be an issue for others.

I normally wear a 10 but this shoes was too big. It was cute but had to go back.

I wanted to LOVE this shoe but it did not fit. It hit me in the wrong spots on my foot.

Everything was great about the shoes except the craftsmanship. The left shoe had the leather toe cap piece sewn on crooked. This is the second pair of these I bought and the first one that doesn't look good when I wear them. I'd send a picture but I am not computer savy enough to put it in this e-mail.

This item feels like an entire size too large. I plan on returning them.
