Started to come apart after wearing them for only 5 months.

These shoes arrived with the silver already flaking off and one shoe had a deep scuff on the back of the heel. They also smelled of petroleum. Where is the quality control? They were darker than pictured and too wide. I like the style and the soft sole so this was disappointing. If you give them a try, I suggest ordering 1/2 size down.

Wanted to love these — classic ballet silhouette, soft, supple leather, comfortable insoles. Unfortunately, these felt too big in the heels and my foot slipped out of the shoes with every, squeaky step.

Beware of the Softwalk Sonoma platinum shoes! The paint starts flecking off almost immediately, the finish on the topcoat is incredibly delicate. So now it's going to be hard to find other silver shoes this holiday season, most of the deals in my size are gone, sniffle. The (sorry, I can't resist the pun) silver lining: Zappos was very good about refunding my money, and they also didn't insist that send the damaged shoes back, which I really appreciated.

Initially I loved them but they wore out so quickly. Stretched out too large to stay on. Rolled easily to the outside.

These shoes look nicer in the photo because they have some intentionally faded brown at the tip of the toes rather than being one color. The semicircle area around the toes is very tight. Uncomfortable, would only work for someone with a really low instep. I have had other softwalks that worked well so the brand is good -just not this shoe.

Cute shoes, but the 6 was way too long. It wasn't a 6 at all. More like a 7.

10.5W was perfect length and width in the toe but the heel was too wide and the shoe depth was too shallow, so I had to grip the shoe with my toes every step to keep it on my foot. I hated the color and shine as it resembled the shiny side of aluminum foil. The Vionic Robyn Perf Metal in 10W fit me much better with a narrower heel and bit deeper even though my toe pressed the end of the shoe, but the Vionic is only available in 10W or 11W. Also the pewter color was much classier looking.

These must run small. I was also disappointed to find that the fronts of both shoes were scuffed up and one had a black mark.

Fit was terrific but the funky antiquing on the toes looked like a defect. Sending back. Sorry.

These shoes look very utilitarian - absolutely no style whatsoever. The toes are very round and the heel is wide in spite of the narrow size. The soft sole feels comfortable but there is pressure on the top over the joints in my big toes.

Comfortable, but I returned them because every step I took made a crunching sound, like popping knees, hips and ankles.

Loved the look and soft. But when I walked back of shoe flopped making it difficult to keep on and walk. Had to return. Thank you Zappos for you policy. I have purchased lots of your shoes and appreciate the ease

I really wanted to like these-they're cute with the snake skin texture and I am in the market for supportive shoes and these seem like they have potential. But they're small and tight. Not narrow, but tight and stiff and definitely gave me blisters. Unfortunately didn't find that out until I wore them to work for a couple hours and my heels, and the sides of my feet where the toe box ends were red, blistered, and painful :(

I was so excited about these that I bought 2 pairs. After only having them a few months, both pairs are totally torn up; more than I've ever seen with a pair of flats. So ridiculous for them to not be more durable, considering the amount of money I paid.

I have worn Softwalk before and loved them, however, this material this shoe is made of is NOT soft. It was very hard and stiff around the toe and hurt my feet as soon as I put them on. I walked around and tried to loosen them up a bit for several days, but it did not help and I had to return them.

A five star rating for comfort and style as well as the awesome attribute of a removable footbed were not enough to make me keep these cute flats. The soft leather uppers were dyed in the weirdest, most random way. Blotches of dark dye just appeared all over the shoes, marring the nice color. I would have asked Zappos for a replacement pair, but another reviewer noticed the same thing, and a close-up inspection of the online photos proved that my pair was not dyed in that manner by one-off mistake. I couldn't trust ordering any other leather color because SoftWalk cannot have very good quality control. I'm actually amazed that such obviously clumsy manufacturing passed anyone with the ability to say "reject."

These are cute shoes, even if they are a little plain, but they run incredibly small! I ordered a 7, and it literally felt like a 5.5 or 6 instead. They were so small, I couldn't even walk around the house to see how they felt. Had to send them back.

Just too tight. I am an 8.

AA was too wide for my foot. Very rounded toe. Arch did not hit in the right spot for my foot. Returning them.

I own several pairs of Softwalk shoes. These are the first pair I am returning as they are very narrow in the toe box cutting into my bunion. They are much narrower than other Softwalk EE widths. It is disappointing as I love the quality of Softwalk shoes.

I wear an 8 or 8.5 or 39, and the 8.5 in black fit all right, though a little long in the heel. But the shoes looked awful on my feet. And instead of looking sleek and stylish as in the photos, they were quite boring in actuality. And the toes were sort of bulbous. I'm returning them.
