The size was perfect but the top of the shoe on the great toe side on both of them cut into my feet. It did not feel like 'breaking them in would remedy that so I am returning them. Otherwise cute shoe, soft on the inside.

I love these shoes! They are available in so many sizes and widths. So helpful for problem feet like mine. They work in that they are conformable and I won't be walking a million miles, but I will look and feel good at my desk job at work.

Loved this shoe and will be reordering it! I wore it year-round and it was always comfortable. I have wide feet and have a hard time finding shoes that don't hurt. This is a winner!

Love the shoes but M are too narrow in the toe box and W won't stay on my heel. Sorrowfully, I returned them. They're really perfect. Except they just don't work for me.

Love these shoes. Unfortunately they got send with two right insolesweirdand the company said they didn't have any new ones to send me. Had to put my own insoles in, but they're nowhere near as comfortable as my other pairs.

Very comfortable for someone who has peripheral edema in feet and ankles. Size 12 medium fits better than any other ballet flat I have tried to wear.

First shoe I've had in a long time that truly fits! Thank you for offering 10.5 wide! Lots of cushioning with removable insoles for custom orthotics. Will be buying many more! Worth every penny! I am spreading the word about softwalk shoes!

These shoes fit perfectly! I love the padding in the insole, it hits just at the right spot.

Shoes are great and nice style and quality, but just too big. I ordered my regular size of 9 1/2 and there was 1/2 inch at the heel on the right. My left foot is slightly bigger and that shoe slipped on the heel as well.

I bought these in narrow. I have terrible feet and I actually bought them for an INDOOR only shoe. They were so comfy, I bought another pair for going out.
