Size was good but width was tight

Good fit but did not like outside zipper. The top was tight and uncomfortable.

Great looking bootie and heel height is just right. Second pair of Comfortiva booties I own!

I ordered a size wide because I need a big toe box. These were very cramped. Perhaps I could have stretched them out. I do have unusually fat toes, so they may work for most people. The shoe is gorgeous. Sorry to return.

Oh Zappos! Once again, I was sent a completely different item than I had originally ordered. I miss the days when I would receive the correct item. Sigh .

Feel and look good.

I ordered four different pairs of black booties to replace my old ones that I have worn out and these were the ones I kept. I didn't have any of the issues other reviewers posted. They were comfortable, not too loose around the ankle, and a good height, both for the heel and the shaft!

I first ordered a 9.5W because Zappos were out of size 10. They were way to small and narrow. I usually wear size 9.5- 10. I reordered a size 11W. They fit great now except the top of the boot does rub into the shin/front of ankle area when stepping with both boots. Very well-made with thick leather/suede. I'm willing to keep these because I like them so much. They'll break in just fine.

Many reviews said they had sizing issues, so I ordered an 8.5 and a 9. Slipping one foot into the 9, I knew they’d be a bit too big. Slipped my feet into the 8.5 and they seemed like they’d be great until I zipped them up. The ankle of the left shoe immediately dug into my ankle really hard. There was no way. Both sizes returned.

The fit was fine though with every step the top of the boot pressed against my ankle. I knew this would be a problem right away. Cute, but back they go.

The shoe portion fit very well. Unfortunately, the top edge of the front of the upper cut into my shin when I walked in them.

The length and width of the boot was great, but they were a bit tight in the ankles and therefore unconfortable. Great bootie though.

Love these boots! So comfortable and chic

Comfortable fit and size. Slightly wide. I shouldn't have gotten the dark brown (too dark for my overall look), but I love my Comfortivas, so I'll suffer (haha). No suffering here-- you'll like it.

Look great and feel great

Cute, hugs the ankle- looks great with leggings. After knee surgery I’ve been afraid to wear any heels but these are just as comfy as a flat. Nice cushy footbed. I wish there were more colors!

The boot felt cheap and stiff

The fit was off. The width a little snug but the heel area was also snug. Disappointed

Heel style looks very cheap compared to price of shoe. I've bought Walmart shoes that look more expensive.

Nice looking boot, but sadly not as wide as marked.

Very uncomfortable. The upper is so stiff it rubs just above my ankle at the top of the boot. Even with socks and leggings, I'm certain I would have blisters around my ankles if I tried to wear these all day.

I could hardly get this shoe on so it is ordered in a larger size. I loved the style though.

I bought the 8.5wide width and was looking forward to loving these boots - I've found Comfortiva shoes to be great in the past. Not so - the boot was a good half size smaller and the wide is actually a B+ wide. These are going back.
