I have a high arch & a wide width so it's very challenging to find a stylish, comfortable boot. I usually wear a 7-7.5W but the 8W wound up being the size I kept after trying the 7.5W which was way too snug. The 8 is a little big but I will be able to wear thick socks. These are a fun style and I cannot wait to wear them! There was a big diff in size just going up only 1/2 a size!

Love the style, hate the narrowness. I usually wear a 7.5 W so that’s what I ordered. However, I could barely squeeze my foot into the door. They were just too tight and would have caused me pain. Really bummed since now there are none available in 7.5 WW or 8 (WW or WWW) foe me to try. Returning :-(

Super sturdy, takes some breaking in but then very comfortable

Boots were perfect. Wish I could keep them. I had foot surgery last year that healed well but I now have a 'fatter' right foot. Most of my shoes no longer fit. Never wore these :( Would have been a great fit as i could try on the left foot.

These were marked and ordered in a women's size 9.5 WW. They barely allowed entry to my feet, proving them to fit more along the lines of an size 8.5/9 Regular Width.

so disappointed...these run so small! I really liked the look of them, but the normal size I ordered is way too small (at least a full size), and a larger size is not available.

Took a chance on this WW width boot. Length was perfect for my wife but it was just too narrow. No returns offered for this one so we ate the cost. Because this shoe is a “all sales are final,” we knew we took a chance. I’m sorry we did.

The stitches around the heal are extremely tight although the boot is the right size overall. Returning.

These are sturdy, comfortable, all weather and look great! They are on the heavier side.

Lovely boot, excellent quality, sharp styling. I normally wear a 10 medium; ordered a 10 wide in hopes of accommodating a bunion. No luck -- these run narrow. Sadly sending back. Thanks for letting me try, Zappos! :)

Comfortable out of the box. Will be my next go to riding boots for my motorcycle.

I wish I did not need to return these boots. I have been looking for Brown with a lug soul and a wide width. While these were very comfortable on the foot, I found the upper part very stiff, and it was not comfortable enough when I walked. I think if you have a slimmer leg, you might not have this problem. And I thought it was priced very well.

I wear a 10 but Zappos told me to try a 10.5. Still too small. Which is a shame because it's a really lovely boot.

I ordered a WW. My hope was that not only would the footbed be wider, but the boot would be designed to accommodate a wider ankle and leg as well. It came close but not quite. If the company would have put elastic on the inside of the shaft that would have done it. This is often the case with companies that don't specifically design for larger people, They might make a shirt bigger in the body, but the arms are too small. They make socks that are wider in the foot, but haven't been proportionately designed to fit the leg,, or boots designed for wider feet, but do not make the shaft wider. It's hard to find cute good quality shoes to meet this need. They either look like they have been medically prescribed, or they are cute but not very well made. These checked the quality box, but missed on fit. Too bad because the boots are very cute.

Love the boot. Definitely NOT true to size, as represented. I ordered 1/2 size larger than normal and it is tight. Hoping they will break in OK as they are not returnable.

Extremely frustrated that this is an expensive non-returnable item. As it is NOT true to size and can't be worn.

Love the look of the boot. I have a moderately high arch and had some difficulty getting my foot into the boot even with the side zipper. Primary problem is that the pull loops that are supposed to help you do that, are so small my little finger won't fit in them. They are decorative only, no help to put on the boots.

I really like the look of this boot. Unfortunately, the fit was too tight around the top for my right foot. Everything else was great. I will have to return.

Beautiful boots but I couldn't get them on :( I usually wear a 8-1/2 or 9 M. Sadly, returning them.

Boots are so stiff and uncomfortable - l felt like I pushed my foot in a wooden box ! There is also hard and rough seam inside the boot above the heal , I can only imagine how many blisters one would get walking in them. Toe-box - exactly as a term sounds - is a hard BOX. I never tried such uncomfortable boots in my life (and I am 60 years old lol ). Needless to say, they are going back ...

I loved the urban style. I'm a true 8.5, and my feet are very narrow. I ordered the 8.5 in the regular width. The toe box was so tight. Other's say the heel is tight but I had the opposite problem. I kept the boots on in my apartment for about an hour doing chores. By the end they were just too uncomfortable. There was no way I could last all day, running errands in them.

These were not comfortable at all - felt very stiff and like I was wearing heals?!
