Allow me to begin by commending Timberland for their out of this world customer service and warranty. I purchased this specific style after a different pair I had had a default. Though I loved the style originally Purchased I am beyond satisfied with my Replacement. Claiming the warranty was easy even after accidentally contacting the Canadian offices first they were just as helpful as the ones in state. I was surprised at the extra cushioning and comfort these boots brought to my feet. I often experience foot pain due to a failing arch. I wear these boots to work daily and outside of work during leisure time. I have no complaints whatsoever. My feet never hurt at the end of the day whether it be 8 to 12 hours of wearing thank you for creating and providing me with an outstanding product! ~Ashley

These boots are amazing! Unbelievable soft and durable. Great to wear to the office, class, and day trips. The heel is a comfortable height and can be worn all day. So happy with this purchase!

I originally ordered a 9 but had to return for a 9.5. It was very easy and I love these boots!!

These fit a little bit tighter than my boots with the heels by Timberland but in all honestly they fit perfectly. I love that I can dress them up for work while remaining comfy and cozy all day long. All my boots by Timberland are very durable and never show much wear. #SWEEPSTAKES

These boots are very comfortable. Living in a snowy climate I love how I don't have to worry about slipping on the snow/ice with the rugged sole. Super cute with leggings! #sweepstakes

I purchased this particular style as a replacement for a different style to which I loved also but, the pair I had were faulty. Nevertheless I reached out to the company and inquired about the warranty and was served with the "BEST!" Outstanding Customer service!!! I made the mistake of contacting The Canadian offices on my first attempt, and they were just as helpful as the representatives who assisted me throughout my claim. For reference making a warranty claim is super easy. As for these boots omg beyond comfortable, Timberland out did their selves. Just the perfect amount of cushioning in the proper areas. I not only wear these during leisure time but to work daily sometimes 12 hours at a time and when I remove them I have not a bit of discomfort in my foot. That is amazing coming from someone who periodically suffers from arch pain and discomfort. They are too heavy or hot. Thank you all at Timbland who made this product what it is. I am a satisfied lifetime customer and will recommend your products to any and everyone I know!

Fits really nice and super warm. Design is awesome looks very nice. There is no fur in the inside just the cuff around the top.

I have bought boots with "fur trim" before but these are by far the best material and stay nice longer. Will absolutely buy these again!

I went to an actual store because I'm picky and have leg, hip and consequently foot issues. Tried on a 9 because I need to wear a heavy boot sock due to neuropathy in my right foot. Too big. Went to my normal size 8.5 and I was in love. Toe space and shape perfect.

As soon as put foot in I was in love! Super soft and comfortable! True to size. Highly recommend

When my daughter brought my first pair of Timberland boots I really, really could not believe the comfort of the boot. I love the fur around them. I was so emotional of my first pair so decided to buy not just these but I also purchased the grey pair. Keep making them. I was a little sad I missed the light blue pair last year in this style. Could you bring them back. My co-workers at work really love them. Thank you Timberland, happy holidays to you and your family.

Quite comfortable and stylish. The boots fit well but your toes will get smushed. I would recommend buying your size in wide.

Cushioning at top is extrememely uncomfortable, hard as a rock gave me black & blue marks around upper ankle areas.. taking them to a shoemaker to see if he can cut the whole top of the boot o ff..
