I just returned 2 pair of Sketcher step in's. Different styles. Both have a ridge inside at back of heel. Extreme pain/discomfort when walking. Not on other Sketchers. Just Step In's. My other Sketchers do not have this ridge. You need to correct this issue.

i don't use them I would have sent them back but I tore up the boxes before I tried them on. so i'm stuck with them .

I've been buying these types of shoes for 10+ years and this is the WORST pair ever. The slip-in feature is uncomfortable, the sole is thick and the overall look is just off. Do better, Skechers.

Probably just wear them around the house as slippers. Too cheap and flimsy for anything else.

These are too narrow and tight to easily slip on. Bought for my father and he couldn't get his foot in at all (bought his normal size). These are not true medium width. Do not recommend if you're purchasing for the same reasons I did.

So disappointed. I thought I finally had the size I need. 10 1/2...so ordered it thinking it was for a woman.....when arrived it turned out to be for a man....the size is right, but does not feel right for me. Men's shoes are apparently different. This is the fourth pair of Skechers I have bought. The best one for me was when my foot was smaller...a size 10.

Unable to get foot in shoe. Big instep and no laces to undo. Had to return. Really like the concept, hope extra wide available soon.
