If your feet hurts every after run, then purchase this shoe.

BACKGROUND: 63 year old female, with narrow feet, who started running 12 years ago. I tried a couple other brands of shoes, but nothing compares to Brooks Ghost. My first pair was Ghost 4 and I have continued with them ever since! I went from wearing Brooks shoes (Ghost and Glycerin) only for running, to now wearing them every day for casual wear. I've had plantar fasciitis and foot injuries as I've aged, so now I take brisk walks instead of running, and no other shoes make my feet feel this good. My doctor and podiatrist both wear Ghost daily in their jobs (on their feel all day) and recommend them for proper support and comfort. PROS: Fit like a glove! Very comfortable amount of cushioning with good support. The 12 mm drop in Ghost is also preferable for plantar fasciitis. For the perfect fit, I've always ordered Brooks shoes a full size larger than my dress shoes. Ghost is one of only a handful of brands/models made in a narrow width, which I need. The narrow width keeps my foot snug from sliding, but there is still ample toebox room, so no pinching or rubbing there, even when my feet get hot or swollen. I love the blue (peacoat) color on my Ghost 15, as I wear jeans most of the time and they go great with them. So often, any narrow shoes only come in plain black, so I love when there are good color options. Wish there were more color choices in narrow! CONS: A couple of the changes I've seen with Brooks shoes over the years have been disappointing: (1) is in the vertical interior back part of the heel. Old models of Brooks shoes had sturdier (but still soft and comfortable) fabric, a bit over an inch wide, inserted in the vertical back of the inside heel. That was discontinued and since then, shoes just have the very fine lining fabric throughout the inside. This fine fabric wears out quickly in the heel area from the heel rubbing against it, and I've developed holes through it and the padding underneath in other Ghost models, sometimes within the first 100 miles. It hasn't happened yet with this pair, but I don't have many miles on them yet. Please bring back the sturdier fabric insert in the heel lining! 2) the shoelaces. I loved the shoelaces on old models that were round and a bit stretchy. I never had to re-tie them, nor replace them. Though these flat laces on the Ghost 15 are a big improvement over earlier ribbon laces that were slick and untied constantly, they aren't are good as the old rounder laces. OVERALL: I highly recommend Brooks shoes. For me, Ghost and Glycerin models in narrow width, provide the perfect fit and comfort all day! Thank you, Brooks, for making narrow shoes that my feet love!

Really comfortable . Love the style . I picked the limited edition with the black/white/gray camo on the soles and get positive comments all the time .

These are the most comfortable shoes I own, I went up a half size because I already own a pair of ghost 14's that are also comfortable but I wanted a little more room

after trying all the different " super shoes" with all the fancy foams and stacks i really just wanted a good running shoe with the right amount of cushioning and comfort that i could count on as my daily shoe. I'm not a runner anymore but i am an avid walker who logs around 50 miles per week and the ghost has really fit the bill for me. i think i found my "super-shoe".

Most comfortable shoes that I've ever worn. I use them for walking, not for running. The shoe is wide enough for my orthotics to fit comfortably. I hope the mesh holds up better than it did on another pair of shoes (not Brooks) where the toes wore out faster than the rest of the shoe.

The Ghost 15 is a comfortable cushioned supportive sneaker. I wear them for treadmill walking/running and they have fit well and supported me through my workout. I would definitely recommend them. The laces are long enough for a good strong knot which is a plus too.

I've struggled with foot and back pain almost my entire life. I'm not a runner because of my bad back and neck, but the difference in my posture is noticeable just from wearing these shoes. It feels like I'm walking on a cloud all day.

Breathability, support/cushion, appearance - no negative observations yet - only wore twice

I love the look, the fit is comfortable and secure.

The Ghost 15 is an awesome shoe and the 10th Ghost I've owned over the years. I can buy them put them on and go on a long run without any discomfort of a new shoe. They always fit me well and they come in a wide width lots of colors. This year I bought 2 and switch back in forth between them. They are also comfortable walking shoes and everyday wear.

I had heard great things about these sneakers, so I ordered a pair, my first. They are great! So comfy I don't need to add extra padding. So happy with them. I will order a pair for my daughter and husband. Did not disappoint!

2nd pair If you keep making them, I'll keep buying them

Totally love this show, 1st pair of Brooks and I am really impressed. Lightest shoe of my 8 pairs, even wear them now for walking 18 holes 3-4 times/week. I just turned 80 and work out also 3-4// week at Planet Fitness and began walking backwards on a treadmill, also with these Ghost 15s. And working different muscles is fantastic with these ultra-light shoes. They fit me perfectly -- love em>

Women's Wide Best I've ever had for daily use and light walks

My son gave me Ghost 15 shoes for Christmas two years ago. I loved them from the start. Lightweight, excellent cushion support. I use them for walking. I hope the second pair, which I just purchased, will serve me as well!

So comfortable. I have large bunions and I can walk and exercise comfortably. My go to shoe for comfort!

These are the best sneakers I ever purchased. I do not run but I was looking for a sneaker that gives great support and they have helped beyond my expectations. I have knee problems and lower back issues. The Ghost 15 running shoes have been life changing for me. I started walking for fitness again and it feels amazing. I highly recommend your running shoes!! Thank you!!

I'm so appreciative of a Friend who introduced me to Brooks shoes, I bought 4 pairs of ghost 14 , now I have 2 pairs of ghost 15 one pair ghost 16, yes you can say I have a bd addiction. They are tge only tennis shoes I wear now they have help my feet posture if that's a thing because I'm supranation, it has eased my knee joints, after having left total knee replacement surgery the shoes have great support. I would like to try another style not sure which one, i will need to try on at a local sporting goods store. Again thank you Brooks for creating a great tenny shoe. I do a lot of walking. The ghost shoe works fir me. I also learned a great way to keep the shoe tight at ankle by lacing outside of each shoe different love how shoe tongue stays in place. Right now your sales a great best time to buy, my suggestion to anyone go to a local store that has Brooks try them on , I can say true to size. Great toe space. They are my personal favorite shoe.

Very comfortable sneaker. Good price when on sale. Wish you had more wide selections when having sales. Like the looks of this sneaker much more than the new Ghost 16.

I wear these for walking. They're super comfortable. 8.5WW are wide enough, and they don't look clunky like other shoes I've tried!

Love these. Who said a performance shoe can't look good? These are comfortable and supportive. I'm tempted to wear them everyday, but I don't want to wear them out. Love these.

It's my to go shoe for exercising and daily wear. It's very comfortable with the right amount of support. This is my 2nd pair.

I wear them on my daily walk and they are comfortable. I feel like I have great support. I have lots of foot issues but I don't feel any of them while wearing these shoes. I wish only that I had more color choices in my size.
