Zappos, sent me used, damaged shoes! Received these shoes both shoes, had dirt, scuffs/marks, brown stains on them.

Zappos sent me worn shoes. Shoes right out of the box had marks/scuffs, and even the timberland logo on the bottom of the shoe is worn off! What a joke. I guess their is not quality control here. They do not even bother to inspect the shoes before they send them to the customer.

boots are nice to look at. The leather quality is good and that is it. Everything else is bad. Sole is too soft and unstable if the surface is not ideal (and its a boot). But the biggest problem is inside material it worn out from about 10 wears in the city walks. and it's already ruining the socks and harm heel of my foot.
