Arrived damaged. The drawstring arrived sliced off and since they are sewn in, I'd have to take out stitching to fix the drawstring that was sliced off. For the cost, items should arrive without needing repairs. I returned this item on 4/21/21 and am waiting for a refund.

Returned order weeks ago but haven't heard a thing about refund.

Material is rough and sleeves are WAY too long. For a hyped up hoodie, this is pretty disappointing. I'm returning mine.

On the couple of occasions I have worn this sweater, I found the torso length was smaller than any other hoodie I've worn. Not only that, but if you try to lift your arms even remotely above your head, the entire hoodie will shift upwards to reveal your abdomen, lifting your shirt in the process. Most of my shirts are longer than this hoodie, which is a shame considering how good it looks, and how warm it is. I have always worn M for torso, so I do not understand why the hoodie was too small for me: a 5'6, 145 lb guy.

Ordered this for my 14 year old son. Not soft at all, very rough material!!! Very disappointed!!!

I love your brand but my most recent purchase does not hold its shape and the bottom is stretched out. Washed as directed, but it really looks bad.

This was not true to size. The M was a much larger and bulkier fit than my son's other M Champion Sweatshirts.

I never got my hoodie.

I bought the hoodie in the color twilight bloom expecting to receive the color shown in picture, but I instead received a hoodie that looked pink. This is frustrating because of the price of the hoodie, and I already have a hoodie the same color that came in the package from Champion.

Ordered this and the Reverse Weave sweatpants in Navy as well. The colors don't match. That's exceptionally frustrating given the price. Also, customer service is not really a thing.

The sweatshirt seemed great but it was pink whereas the picture when I purchased it was blue. So, what arrived was very much not what I expected!

The product says 4 xl, but ALOT smaller, then the other 4xl champions I have.

I usually buy new ones every year but this time the quality and how they fit were totally different. Poorly made

I didn't like the material. It doesn't feel soft like I thought it would. The sleeves are way too long.

Love the sweatshirt other than the fact that I washed it once and now it is a crop top. Too short to wear. At least I git one use out of it before I had to give it away.

I bought this in XL expecting a normal fitting sweater. Hoping for kind of a baggy feel. Boy i was wrong. I got XL since i'm a skinny 6'1 guy, and the torso was SHORT AS SHORT CAN BE. The arms were fine, but the body part was absolutely trash.

Terrible fit. I ordered a gray sweatshirt - the exact same model, which fits perfectly. This one is too small. I will return it and get a better size, but to have to do so is annoying and the quality control is not good.

I was so disappointed about the color. The color on the pic is purple but the hoodie is exactly dark pink! The difference between the picture and the real hoodie is too big and I felt so bad when I get the clothe.

I bought this sweatshirt 2 days ago and it already has large bleach spots on the hood! Do not even use lotion near this sweatshirt.

Ordered the same hoodie in different colorsfrom 3 websites. nothing like the description too snug not comfy wrists are to tight and way to tight to body. Extremely short I'm 6,1 and 180. ordered the large and it looks like it could fit my daughter. Only good thing is the cool colors. They should make the cool colors in other styles of their hoodies because this one is a toddler shirt

I bought a hoodie a week ago and I said to myself "why did I buy this it's so expensive" why is a hoddie worth $60 it should be with $30

I usually don't dry my clothes because I don't liking them to shrink but after reading the product description and seeing that it was created to resist vertical shrinkage I gave it a shot but I regret doing that. It shrunk vertically by 3 inches and I can no longer wear it. If I didn't dry the hoodie I would be wearing it every day! It is a great hoodie but definitely shrinks vertically.

this is horrible, I expected a way different color than what i got.
