Left shoe zipper won’t come down. Funny thing is someone already returned them for the same reason as there was a post-it in the box stating “zipper won’t come down”.

Nice boot, but needed the next size up.

Loved this boot even though the soles looked a bit worn. At the discounted price, decided to keep them since they looked so lovely.

Amazing fit and style. Exactly what I hoped for. I'm afraid I'll wear these out too quickly.

I love these boots but unfortunately the lack of half sizes is a problem for me. I am usually an 8 1/2 and for these the 8 was too small and the 9 too big.

The footbed was narrower than another Naot pair of booties which I purchased on Zappos. The zipper on the right shoe was impossible to pull up

Liked the boots very much, but couldn’t get the right boot zipper down. Sad have to return.

The shoes are very comfortable. They look nice on, and best of all keep me warm. I am not sure I am a fan of crinkled patent leather.
