The fit was good the size is too big

Support of shoe for trying on felt great, quality great, only problem for my foot purchased wide which was good except was too long I believe if I would go down a size width would be okay except not high enough between sole and top of shoe believe they would rub on top of my toes and back of my ankle comes in closer then bottom of heel when tightening up shoe laces anyway struggled with returning really like boots otherwise.

It mostly fit good. There was a part on the inside that was digging into my skin, but if you wear long socks that are pretty thick, you don't notice.

Be Careful! If you don’t have high socks they will cut your ankles.

I felt the size Half smaller , and the width narrow tight , I would like to exchange it by a 7.5 W

The shoes feel a little flat, so your feet might hurt a little if standing for long periods of time.

It feels wonderful

The shoe is fine but the memory foam massage insoles hurt my feet 20 seconds after I put on shoe so I took them out and put in my timberland pro anti fatigue insoles and now the shoes are great ?

Good feel and didn't need to be broken in. The arch support is great, and the double insoles give extra comfort if you're on your feet for extended periods of time.

Fit and size were perfect but the material of the outer shell was so stiff that it hurt my ankles.

It might just be me due to nerve damage from a dog attack but the insoles cause severe pain in the arch of my foot

My box was delivered opened up and Zappos doesn’t have my actual size, 12.5 medium.

I love the looks of the shoe, but they aren’t comfortable. Even the wide size was too narrow. Gave me a sore on my right pinkie toe. Not to mention the 2 different length shoe laces. Wore them on and off for about a week and my feet hurt a lot. Had to return them

Whoever thought to texture the built in insole must have been insane. Feels like they're something in my shoe but like across my entire foot. I'm sure it'll take some getting used to..They're really cool shoes compared to the limited selection In my size. They're also really thick and add like 2 inches to my height which I'm not sure I like or not. I got Wides but they still seem a bit narrow compared to other wide shoes I've gotten. I do like the composite toe box though.

Carbon fiber rubbed on left toe, had to return and went with a soft toe.

Honestly the shoe felt great on my feet and while walking. This is the first time a shoe actually delivers comfort for my feet. Having flat feet and plantar fasciitis, I found them to be amazing. My only miscalculation was the high top. I got them in high top because winter is coming and I thought it would provide better protection for the weather. As I work as an amazon delivery driver. Going back to the high top, it felt to hard and painful on my lower legs while walking.
