BOA system didn't work. It just pinched the side of my foot. Had to return them.

Had to send back. The cut of the back ankle of shoe was too high. It rubbed real bad just walking in my house. Other than the high ankle cut, they seemed very comfortable inside my house.

I wore my new shoes for the first time and have to say they were not that comfortable. My feet were so sore after about thirteen holes of walking. And by the 16th I couldn't wait to get them off as I could barely walk. The foot bed was so hard and it wasn't my arches that hurt it was the outside of my feet. For the price of these shoes I expected better comfort right from the start. I have owned Footjoy shoes a number of years ago and had no issues so I thought I would try these new ones but was not very impressed, now I'm not sure if I can return them after wearing them for one round of 18 holes.

Really great looking shoe. I wanted it to work. I am always an 11 1/2 medium. My foot slid around in the front of the shoe, and the BOA system on the right shoe would come loose, having to reengage, and tighten. I have Pro Carbon, and Pro SL Footjoys that work great. Just not enough support from the HyperFlex. Sending them back today.

Returned rubbing on my heel from the way it is sewn together.

Fits totally different than other FJ lines such as Pro SL, Contour, or Premiere. Have to send them back.

These particular FJ must run big as I need to return them. My son usually wears a 9 shoe which I ordered but they were way to big

I returned the golf shoes as they were too hard to put on and take off.

I returned them and you have revived them 1 week ago just waiting for a return on my card. I'm a 9m and The sizing was off and overall a sloppy fit for a 9m the boa on the back heel doesn't work as well as it should like on the tour x style models. Better fitting on all models is required for sure the golf industry selling me kicks has mentioned you guys are off from style to style. Thank you Happy golf

This seems to be a great shoes, I found the look very jazzy and construction seems of great quality. I was looking forward to getting this model for the upcoming season. The fit 7 was unfortunately to large, at least one point, it is maybe the standard size(conform to fit) but if I compared it to other FJ I own, size 7 that fit me, it was a dissapointment of course. Had to return. Everything went well for that part.

Cleats too hard to clean, not enough support and style is for the junk Nike makes. Dumb looking sneaker. Bring back the boas from 2 years ago.

Dear FJ I am a regular customer of your brand and currently own two pairs of shoes, one of which is the "HyperFlex" model. I am very disappointed with this particular model, especially given its high price, as after only light use (since I wear another model during the summer), both inner heel sections have already broken. It is clear that this is a defect in the design or manufacturing of the model, as I have other pairs with much more use that are still in perfect condition. I have raised a complaint with the store where I purchased them, and although it is clearly a defect, they informed me that the shoes are no longer under warranty, even though I've only had them for 17 months and have not used them during the summer. I will reconsider purchasing from your brand in the future unless this issue is resolved. Sincerely Carlos

For an FJ premium shoe it falls apart quickly. Wouldn't warranty a shoe that falls apart after 90 days.

Didn't last one season, liner fell apart same with the spikes. They won't warranty as they are past the 90 days. I bought them in November last year and didn't use them until mid May as I am in canada. Terrible customer service. Used to love this brand but my $120 nikes have stood up better.

Nice looking shoe, couldn't get it on my foot. Need to have a normal lacing system for the tongue?

Shoes did not fit I returned them they did not feel good .

Bad design. I could not even get my foot in the shoe. There is no tongue. That fact is not stressed in details. It is a small elastic opening that you need to get your foot into, and it awkward and difficult. Very disappointing.

The picture of the Hyperflex was misleading. It was not clear that it was a slip-on type shoe that I cannot get on because of my high insteps. The picture showed shoe strings which I assumed would allow me to open them up wide and slip the shoe on. This was not the case, so I sent them back. I then ordered a pair of the Premiere Series Wilcox, which I hope will work out fine since I have an older similar pair of FJ's.

Almost impossible to put on. I would return, but took them on a trip and used. Definitely would not buy.

they fit me perfectly, but after 9 holes my feet begin hurting and become soft because the shoe does not breathe and there is a fold or seam at the heal that causes blisters and a hole developed in the shoe itself on both shoes. I only used them maybe a dozen times. $200 plus dollars for shoes i cannot wear worst shoe purchase of my life. Warranty rep says the warranty period has expired so im out of luck. Very disappointed.

perfect fit, snug, comfortable but after 9 holes walking my feet start to hurt and after 18 i can hardly walk, my feet are soft and blisters appear, my socks are wet. I would not recommend and they need to change the upper so they breath

The most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. As noted in previous reviews, (I've worn them 6 times) and the back, cloth portion of the shoe is absolutely discolored. The courses have been dry, maybe even "dusty" in some areas of PA but I'm very disappointed in the look of a Brand New White shoe. I would buy this design again but not in White, it's quite embarrassing as I do not know how to clean the back of the ankle portion of this shoe.
