Using on long walks, insole is comfortable, length seems to run small. I have been wearing NB in 10.5 for years, this is my first 680 and it seems small.

The left shoe wrinkle at top while standing and walking. They do not feel comfortable.

I have wide feet with bunions, hammer toes and need a high and wide toe box. My feet fit in the 4E, and it is soft enough for my mutant feet. No real support though, kinda twisty and unstable. New Balance used to market shoes with special lasts for feet like mine, but they're seemingly not concerned with that anymore so the pickin's are slim. So, I'm at the point that if it fits, I'll keep it if the price is OK.

Love the shoes. But it looks like New Balance is skimping on the lasts - I have always worn a size 10 in NB, but the 10 was much too small and I had to exchange for an 11.

The material inside the shoe just above the heel has ripped on both shoes. I have never had that happen before, but it was too late to return them.

Shoe is well made but not comfortable due to heel height support is not high enough. Best fit for me is sticking NB's walking shoe type which i own and
very pleased with...must give them a 5-star rating.

My son didn't like the shape of the shoe and we returned them. From the top view, the shoe went skinny in the arch area but bulged out going around the toe area.

Overall review of these new shoes is very good with a few exceptions, mostly concerning use of the shoes. Would not recommend for any hard sports activities such as tennis or pickelball. Sturdier support on sidewalls of shoes would be greatly appreciated, and better support at the final lacing on the top of the shoe. Also an optional insert supports for high arches. On the positive side, appreciate design and comfort level and sporty appearance.

The shoes i think are miss labeled. I have owned two pairs of this shoe in the past and they fit perfectly for the size ordered.

I switch off with other pairs of New Balance I own and the first pair of 680's I bought at the store are the most comfortable pair I've owned. It was apparent however that these new ones are made with cheaper materials and are just not as comfortable.
