For size 8 wide, toe area was too tight. The heel area was too wide and slipped. Zippers did not stay zipped. Appearance wise a great shoe. Needs to be reworked, possibly with no zippers.

The size and width were great. However, the toe box and heel material didnt match the rest of the shoe, making it appear used. . It was shiny, while the rest of the shoe material felt and looked like suede

These were so narrow I couldn't get my foot inside the shoe to try it on. They felt narrower than a regular width shoe. I checked to see if they might be narrows mislabeled, but the shoe itself says wide, which it is not.

I Love these shoes. They are the most comfortable, stylish shoes I've had in a long time! Wish the brown came in leather instead of just swede.

Loved everything about this shoe. I have very wide feet and they fit comfortably. I am an 8.5 in shoes and bought the 8.5 W and it worked for me

I have never gotten a Wide shoe, but with this shoe, I needed a Wide. I have always gotten a Medium. All other Clarks have been Medium. So had to order another in Wide to see if that would fix the problem. It worked. From other comments, that seems to be the problem-too narrow.

I can wear an 8.5 - a 9 and only the 9W was available. they are one half size too big for me and the next z=size down isn't available, sadly. Neede a comfortable shoe to dress up jeans a bit and was so hoping these would fit. I will keep shopping...

I really liked the appearance of this shoe but my usual size size of 7.5 was too small. My toe were so crowded I could hardly take a step. Haven't decided yet to order again. Half size up may not be enough.

Fit was great I usually wear a size 8 and that is what I ordered. Fit was great right out of the box. Very comfortable shoe.

Really wanted these to work for me - but they were too narrow for me - I have a very wide foot - they are super cute and very versatile in regards to what you can wear them with - needles to say I sent them back

Bought the 9W instead of my usual 9.5M, and generally speaking they work well, but at times can tell they are a tiny bit too short. But overall, very cute and work well with dressing up or down.

Runs 1/2 size large. Zipper is crooked. Will be returning.

Shoes look as expected, unfortunately the sides rub against my heel, so I’m returning them.
