These boots are so cute and comfortable bought both colors. I measured the heel as 3” but a very comfortable one. Would look great with pants or dresses.

These boots are very comfortable with good and soft insole paddings. Color is a little brighter in person but the shaded toe helps tone the appearance down. Nubuck outer leather seems quite prone to stains. The biggest issue for me is the velcro on the straps instead of buttons or buckles.

I think these run small. I’m returning for half size larger.

This bootie is very cute, stylish and comfortable. However, for me the heel was just too high. It actually measures 3 inches and I'm not comfortable with that high of a heel.

Cute boots. Super comfy soles - like walking on clouds! But the fit just wasn’t right. I wear 9-9.5 narrow or medium US and bought 9.5 medium. The length was ok but my feet were loose in the boot when I lifted them. I think the portion across the top of the foot was not tight enough or narrow enough for me? Probably fine for a wide or normal foot. Also, I liked the Velcro close but it was almost too strong.

Needs more padding inside. Also, too wide for my narrow feet.

I did not like elastic side insert. It makes an elegant boot look cheap.

I ordered this boot in the brown and it was perfect. So much so that I went back and ordered it in black. The black boot was COMICALLY small. Both boots said they were 8.5 with a wide fit. The brown was true to size, the black was easily a 6.5. I am sincerely wondering if it was mislabeled in the factory or something because that's how different the two, otherwise identical, shoes are from each other. See pics for reference. I am tempted to try again and order the black again because I am so convinced this is a mistake of epic proportions, but I honestly don't know that I want to deal with the headache of deliveries and returns again.
