The laces fell off after maybe 5 uses. I reached out to their warranty department, given how expensive the shoe is, and they said there's nothing they can do about it. They do not offer replacement laces (which probably won't help anyway, because the laces don't stay on anyway), and they do not offer warranty-related refunds. For a shoe that costs so much, it's incredibly low quality, and the customer service is horrible.

Great shoes but the Velcro stopped working after two months of wearing them

When I saw these sneakers I knew that my son would love them just as much a I did, and OH BOY, was I right! These nice comfy sneakers are unisex, which made them special to me. They currently come in 3 colors. They are light, so the kids play in all day comfort. I love how versatile they are, you can dress them up or down. To be comfortable , durable and stylish are always top tier! The velcro strap and hook and loop strap, makes them easy to slip on and off, and no time outs at the playground to tie your shoe laces. The construction of this sneaker is superb!

My son wears a 2 in other shoes like Nike, Babolat...The 2 fit really nice. He's happy wearing them to school.

These are my daughter's favorite shoes and our second pair. We have such an issue finding shoes that don't rub her pink toes and allow for great all day support at school.

My son has a flat foot and he loves these shoes. He is nonverbal and he will pick these shoes over any other. to us it says he loves the comfort and support of these shoes. these would be his 4th pair in total since he seems to be very comfortable.

This is our 3rd pair of On Cloud Kids Play shoes for my 10-year old son. He loves them! Easy to clean and looks great with all clothing styles.

I normally wear a kids’ size 2, so that’s what I ordered first for the On Cloud Play. Surprise — way too small! I exchanged for a 2.5 and a perfect fit. The moment my feet slipped into them, I literally felt happy. No pinching, no squeezing, no distracted brain — just comfy feet. That matters a LOT when you’re on your feet all day, walking around on cement floors in a theater. These shoes absolutely keep me comfortable and focused.

This is our third pair of these shoes. There’s just nothing obnoxious about them. Simple, cool, super lightweight, and comfortable. Colors are classic. My first grader wears them as his school uniform shoes but we’ve worn them in different colors for just everyday wear. The laces do come untied but I double knot and move on.
