I was originally very excited for these shoes, but within a few weeks the border around the heel started peeling off. For the price, I expected them to last a lot longer before falling apart, especially because they're only worn in the office.

I got these and was super excited to give them a try. They are the perfect shoe if you want to look professional. So whether you are already in a professional role, or you are interviewing, these are going to be exactly the type of shoe you are going to want to wear. Unfortunately they just did not work for me. They did fit, and the fit wasn't too loose or too tight but unfortunately they really rubbed. They not only rubbed on the back of my ankle which was really uncomfortable but they also rubbed on the top/sides of my feet where the chains connect to the shoe and I have pretty narrow feet and have never had that experience before. I do appreciate that the shoe is well made, looks nice and the sole is not super slippery but the fit and rubbing was just way too uncomfortable to wear these shoes for any length of time.

These shoes are super cute, unfortunately that's where the compliments stop. They are sooo uncomfortable. The first time I wore them with stockings and by the end of the day my feet and ankles were killing me. The second time I wore them with thin bootie socks and I regretted it all day. I had a huge red ring around the back of my ankles and my feet were so sore. It felt like I was walking on bare wood all day. I have a few different pairs of loafers that I absolutely LOVE, regrettably these will not be added to my shoe collection.

I'm really disappointed with the quality of these shoes. Within two weeks the outer lining on the heals started to fall off. Do not waste your money on these low quality shoes. They're otherwise cute, but are literally falling apart after a few wears. For the price, it's shameful how quickly they fell apart.

I submitted the below review 20 days ago, and in that time I have only worn these shoes in the office, not even outside besides the occasional coffee run. I have had these about 1 month. So I was completely shocked today when some of the heel started to peel off! Never have I seen something like this before. I feel scammed considering the amount of money I spent. It was so embarrassing walking around the office like that. I was considering trying naturalizer again but I definitely will not after this experience. -------------------------------- Previous review: Beautiful but uncomfortable Bought these shoes for work. They're perfect aesthetically, but the gold chain detail on top is very taut- there is no give at all. It becomes quite uncomfortable after a long day.
