I returned them..too roomy. They seemed fine .. for someone else

The sandals look good and overall are comfortable; however the big toe strap is just a teensy-weensy too tight. I suspect it will stretch appropriately over time.

This is my second pair of Birkenstock Mayaris. Birks are truly one of the most comfortable sandals I've owned. They have great arch support and they work well for my wide feet. I wore these for three years before the cork started cracking in the heel and the toe loop broke at the sole on one of the sandals. I do wish they would have lasted longer but, overall, I was happy to get three springs and summers of constant wear (including lots of hikes and one trip to Italy with long walks in the mountains).

The shoe was just as described, except the sizing chart led me to select a 37, when in fact a 36 was what I needed. Still worth the cost, however, never enjoy having to return items and lose out on free shipping especially due to a chart that misguides and is not within my control.

Comfortable, but the sole is little "stiff" at first

Bought a pair of these for my daughter a year ago this month and the strap has already broken, but because I don't have the receipt, I have no recourse, ahhh...for the old days when you could just bring them in to be fixed without cost, they are missed.

Ii loved this shoe but it is made for people with short toes. My toes hit the front lip of the shoe . Ordered a larger size, but same problem. Even after adjusting the straps the toe loop is too far forward on the shoe. Would be great for those with short toes, but mine are not. Disappointed that I had to return them twice.

I love Birkenstock, but this style seems to run long. I had to return and smaller size was not available. Width was good for my medium/slightly wide foot. This toe loop style is much more comfortable than the toe post styles imo.

I love these shoes they are so comfortable, easy slip-on. But I just noticed after four months of wearing them that the sole on one of the shoes is falling off. So so disappointed for 1 it's Birkenstock and 2 cause its L.L.Bean. I don't think I can recommend these anymore.

The sandals have large ridges under the toes. The ridges are in the wrong place. The ridge under the big toe is especially uncomfortable. The sandals cause pain. I'm sending them back.

I had to wait for back order but absolutely love them. Fit is perfect and same as my other style Birkenstocks.

I returned these for two reasons cheaply made and impossible to wear socks since the big toe is held in place, not the overall front of the foot
