I was so excited find this, but received it today and am disappointed in the size. The construction seems pretty solid, but I thought it would be bigger. I havent actually taken a measuring tape to this, but the measurements stated on the website are identical to another brand backpack I already have, and the Tribeca is much smaller with absolutely no give. Ive had this similar experience with some of Baggallinis other purses/backpacks as well. Definitely not worth the price. Unfortunately, I will be returning.

I love this bag! It's very spacious and well made. It fits my 15.6 laptop with an extra monitor in the computer compartment. The two water bottle side pockets are great for putting one water bottle for me and the other for my dogs. It has a lot of pockets and the extension is great for additional space when I want to put my jacket in it. Someone accidentally spilled a drink on my bag, and it wiped off very nicely. Nothing got wet or damaged. This is an awesome bag!

I love a bag that is designed to be flexible with each trip. Expandable sides are perfect for my need.

I got this backpack to use for my personal item airline travel. Very much like that the separate pc storage zipped area is right next to my back. Appreciate the many pockets that are zipped. Good quality and smooth zippers. Comfortable straps. The one change I would like is to have the rfid pockets placed in the pc storage area instead of the outer (easier for pickpockets) compartment. Overall, it seems to have the high quality I have enjoyed with my past Baggallini purchases.

It's beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and would have been perfect except -- just as another reviewer had noted -- the straps do not lengthen enough, so you can't tighten it enough to keep the bag from hanging away from your back. So sad because otherwise a great bag.

I used this for a recent trip. It is a great size, and comfortable to carry AFTER I took it to a tailor shop and had the straps shortened 4". I'm 5'5"average sized woman. WHY don't the straps shorten enough? Same with the (I forgot the name) backpack I bought in 2023.

Read prior reviews on the long straps, but thought Baggallini might have fixed the issue. Nope. I'm 5' 2" and the straps are way too big for me. Super bummer as I loved the size and features. Returned it without using it.

Purchased the Tribeca expandable laptop backpack, perfect for what I needed. Got home and realized too zipper sticks and gets uneven on both sides when trying to close. When bag is empty. Returned to store and tried the other Tribecas and same problem. Bought bag anyway but it's been difficult on this trip to Hong Kong. I love my Bagalinni secure small purse and Trebeca backpack. Please fix the zipper quality. Sincerely mf

This backpack seems like it would be great, if only I could use it! I wish I had read the other reviews about the straps being too long. They are only adjustable to a certain length because of the way they're designed. There isn't a loose end to pull, and it adjusts in a loop, so there isn't a way to make the strap shorter. The bag hangs way too low for my 5'-2" height and is uncomfortable on my back. Really bummed because I loved everything else about this bag!
