I travel a lot for work and like to have a spacious backpack with secure zippered compartments on the inside. This backpack checked all the boxes I was looking for. But, when I purchased it, I didn't think about checking the length of the straps. They are adjustable so I figured they would adjust with the range that most backpacks do. Unfortunately, at the shortest possible strap length, the backpack hangs too far down my back. It's uncomfortable on a short trip, and wouldn't be tolerable for a trip abroad. It's so odd that I started paying attention to other travelers in the airports to see how high/low their backpacks hang. I am 5'7". I'm guessing that others who are my height or less will have similar problems especially if the pack is full.

I tried ... I really did! I have a 17" laptop and it just does not fit in the back pack. This is the most beautiful backpack around and if the laptop fit, it has so many compartments I would love it. Sadly, it must be returned.

The perfect backpack! Just returned from 2 weeks in Europe and the expandable Tribeca helped me carry everything I couldn't fit in my carry-on! No worries about lost luggage!! So many pockets and slots for organization. The expandable feature is so great, along with the must-have trolley sleeve. By the way, the "Sterling Shimmer" shade looks tan in pictures but it's actually more of a silver/gray shade which is beautiful. I LOVE this backpack (and I have tried or purchased/returned many trust me!)

It's not as useful as I had hoped...it DOES NOT fit a 16" laptop...it might hold a 15" laptop.

Bought this a few weeks ago as a new work bag, received it quickly and love it. My 16" laptop fits inside the laptop pouch perfectly and the style of the bag allowed me to simply open the bag as I went through airport security. The organizing section of the bag is laid out nicely and works well for the small items I need to carry, with a deep area for papers and folders that is protected to avoid wrinkles or tears. Love this backpack!

I bought this for a 12 day trip to Japan and it was a workhorse. It holds a lot and it's very well-made. Had it loaded with electronics as well as a small blanket and miscellaneous stuff and it weighed at least 20 lbs. I was worried that the weight would damage the shoulder straps but no issues at all. The heavy backpack was comfortable to wear throughout our trip. Used it as my personal item on the airplanes.

Love this backpack! Worked great for my last trip and kept everything organized.

Perfectly laid out for business travel, and expandable so it will be good for personal travel!

I have been using my previous Baggallini bag for carrying airline travel essentials for 15 years! I was very pleased with the quality of that bag so I reviewed your current products when the time came to replace it. This backpack is perfect for my needs. I love the number of pockets and zippered compartments it has. It will keep my belongings well-organized and easy to find. The expandable compartment will allow me to have my toiletries and snacks easily accessible also. I'm very pleased with the comfort of the padded back pack straps.

I got this bag because I wanted a laptop bag with a trolley sleeve. I've been using it for work too and it's great. Lots of pockets and nice organization. I would agree with another review that the backpack straps are a little long for my smaller frame but definitely not a deal breaker.

After hours and days of research, I settled on this backpack for a trip to Africa and England. I have many Baggallili products, and each of them exceeds my expectations. This backpack has so many wonderful compartments, all efficiently, placed and accessible for a traveler. The locking zipper, the luggage sleeve, and the expanding compartments are all excellent features. It's exceptional!

Very sleek backpack with tons of compartments, slots for two water bottles, and when expanded, it's amazingly roomy - probably the roomiest backpack I've come across. Also very very lightweight. Haven't used it yet but it's so much lighter than my old backpack I think it'll be a dream even when it's stuffed to the gills!

Just finished a trip with the Tribeca Expandable Backpack. It was perfect- plenty of room for what I needed to take, pockets for organization, and the expandable feature was necessary on the way home since I bought a few things. It's comfortable to wear and I like the side pockets- large and secure for water bottles or sunglasses.

I love the nylon material of this bag and the mulberry color looks very elegant. Back pocket for easy slide onto luggage handle, which makes getting through an airport much easier. Well positioned front pockets and side pockets for water bottles, and it will fit under airline seat.

I bought this to replace my favorite backpack, which is coming to the end of it's road. I'm excited to say, that this backpack will not only meet my expectations, but exceed them. It's compact, yet holds a lot. It will fit under a plane seat, with room for my feet. I can use it as an overnight bag as well as a travel bag. It has designated spaces that helps keeping everything organized for ease in travel. I am looking forward to many travels with this backpack.

This bag was the perfect size.. It has the needed space and fits under the airplane seat. I love that it can stand on its own (doesn't flop over). The only "wish" I had was that the straps could be made even shorter to better fit this short person.

I havent had the chance to use this backpack yet since I bought it specifically for an upcoming trip, but Im already really impressed with it. The storage compartments are thoughtfully designed and make organizing everything so easy. One of the main reasons I chose it was the luggage sleeve that lets you slide it over the handle of a carry-on, which will be super convenient when traveling. I also love the dedicated spaces for a laptop and an iPad. After going through all the pockets several times, Im even more excited to use it. The French blue color is beautiful too!The only downsideand the reason Im taking off one staris the strap adjustability. Even tightened all the way, the backpack doesnt sit flat against my back and leaves a noticeable gap. It probably wont be a dealbreaker for me, but more adjustable straps would have made this the perfect travel backpack.

I love my backpack so much! I let my husband borrow mine and he loved it, too. So I bought him one for Christmas. Traveling is so much easier with the organization this bag creates. It is also light but very sturdy. And it is a great style!

I bought this during Black Friday sales and I'm glad I did! It is a great backpack for every work day, and times I need to carry my laptop and files. It is spacious and wears well. It's also easy to carry by the handle. Lots of pockets.

Live the deep pocket so my water bottle doesnt fall out. This backpack is sturdy but light. Very roomy and love it to help organize my items.

Needed a new bag as I am going back to school. I wanted something that could double as a carry on for short trips. The color is beautiful and it seems sturdy.

The straps are too long, Other than that it is great and fits my needs. It’s unfortunate because I want to replace it due to the uncomfortable strap length.

This backpack is amazing! I had hunted for one that had tons of pockets for organization and I found it with this bag. This will be my backpack as I go back to on campus college classes.

Lots of storage sections. Fits under the seat in front of you on an airplane. While straps are ok for me at 56 I would rather have a way to adjust the straps.
