Very lightweight, good looking. Fit a whole size small both in length and width. Sadly they will have to be returned since there are no larger sizes.

I usually wear a size 9 or 40.
My recent experience with buying shoes online is they seem to run small.
I ordered a 9.5 and tried them on several different times. Each time confirmed they were too short. I really wanted to love these boots. Very stylish and comfortable.

The North Face Back-To-Berkeley IV Textile WP in black runs small. I ordered my usual size 8 and the fit in length was at least a half size or more small - no wiggle room for the toes, even with a thin sock. Otherwise, it's a great looking, sporty winter hiking boot and I would have reordered in the next size up, if the color I wanted would have been available.

I love how these boots look! So cute, great coloring. The sole has plenty of traction for winter weather ahead. My reason for 3 stars is because the toe box feel too tight. The boot puts pressure on the top of my toes, something I have never experienced. The size feels right, and in fact, I typically fit in a size 7 shoe, and I ordered 7.5. The height of the toe box feels like it needs more room and I am attempting to stretch them out (break them in) so I can wear them daily this winter!

These are gorgeous boots, but they run very small! I normally wear an 8.5 or 9. I got the 9, and it is WAY small! Will be returning for a bigger size!

Caution as I ordered a size 10.5 but they were only 41.5 European sizing which is a US 10. The shoes looked and felt great but were too small and had to be returned. Usually, a 10.5 is a European 42.5

I don't feel this is comfortable. I buy it for my mom, but I tried it on, and don't feel comfortable enough. I feel like my feet and this shoes can not be 2 in 1, the bottom is too hard, not fitting my feet shape.

I normally wear a 9 to 9 1/2 so I ordered a 9 1/2 and there was not enough room for my poor toes in these boots. So sadly, they are going back even though they are cute.

I sized up a 1/2 size per the recommendations and they were still too small. I am consistently a US size 9, or EU 40, so I bought a 9.5 in these. My big toes still hit the front of the shoe, so appears that I'd need a 10. I don't currently own any shoes in a size 10. Fo reference brands I own shoes in include Madewell, Doc Martens, Dansko, Ecco, Timberland, Blundstone, Birkenstock, Asics, Brooks, Everlane.

These boots are bigger and bulkier than I anticipated, but I imagine that is part of staying warm in the winter. The ankle area is stiff such that I can't tie the laces tight in order to allow my lower leg room to move inside the boot without the top rim of the boot hurting my leg. The laces are a bit short so you can't double knot so I'm not sure how often they may become undone while walking. The sole seems comfortable but I think I need more arch support. Overall, they look well made and I like the colors--I just don't like them in person as much as I did online.

I'm always a 7.5. Got the 8 for more sock room. It's so small that I can't even wear it barefoot. I really have to get a 9. So size up 1.5 sizes to get something that will fit.

I bought these boots as a gift for my wife. She's an 8.5 in every other shoe she's ever owned , however these are too small for her. I emailed customer support after submitting my return and they were entirely unhelpful in getting an exchange instead of refund. Very disappointed with TNF. I've been a customer for many years but likely not anymore.
