Got this one for me but I was expecting a more bright white. But my daughter loved and she's keeping them.

I thank God that I bought the big size of this shoe. My foot size is 41. Sometimes 40, sometimes 42 is my size. I bought this shoe in size 42, which means size 11. It should be a little big for me, the front of the shoe should not be tight, the sole should not be as narrow as others said. But again, because it is a women's shoe model, the shoe is the right size for me, even though my size was smaller. That is, it is neither big nor small. Those who have wide or big feet should buy a little bigger than the normal size that is written here. At least one and a half sizes bigger. I have not worn the shoes yet and have not used them outside. But I tested it and it was warm. I hope it works for Canadian winter. Thank you for your promise and also for your fast delivery.

Bought these as a Christmas gift for my wife. My 3 year old opened the box and showed my wife while I was at work. Wife sent me text messages saying they are beautiful and she loves them. Merry Christmas

I was a little bummed the old thermoball boots weren't avail for purchase and couldn't be repaired when I sent them in. The credit went towards this pair which was of higher value (unfortunately for me). However, quality is great, tread is great, the shoe is incredibly light, and the reinforced lace holes will probably last wayyyy longer. The only reason I didn't rate this 5 stars is because the inside liner was not fuzzy as the image would suggest so that was a slight letdown. All in all, great for the icy tundra of Colorado.

These coulda have been great. The shoes do run small like everyone says. But that's not the problem. Like others have said, it's the sides n how they are moulded on the front sides that r very very tight to a a point that it's not normal for a standard fit. I really wanted these shoes but realistically, because of how tight they were in the front sides, it wouldn't have been tolerable n it would have been painful, had to return after trying multiple sizes.

Pretty but did not fit. Had to return. The instep was very tilted in one of the boots :-(

I had super high expectations for these boots. I had planned to wear them to Iceland in the future however after wearing them today and being outside for 2 hours MAYBE while my brakes were changed in the snow.. my toes were frozen! I did not expect that from this boot. If they cant keep my toes warm I won't get much use out of them. Sad. For the money they should be warmer in the toe region.

Really liked, but made for narrower feet than mine. Cozy, good quality and can highly recommend for narrow-footed people.

The puffer part on the toe makes these look like clown shoes. They look ridiculous and I bought them partially for looks.
These run a half size big from my other North Face boots.

Size down. I am a 6.5 but without half sizes, went up to a 7. I should have gotten a 6. They are very big for a 7. They are bulkier than they appear in photos and have a masculine look too them. Not as sporty as I thought they would be. Gender neutralnot very feminine. Otherwise they seem like they would be comfortable, warm boots. I returned and did not repurchase in a smaller size.

Had to return for a larger size since there is no half size, but my feet are also wide and I have a hard time finding shoes to fit. The opening was incredibly horrible to shove my foot in since it doesn't expand.

Too narrow, uncomfortable. I gifted them away. Poor quality shoes for the expensive price!

The tongue on the right boot folds inward no matter how I lace it, and the fold pushes directly into my outer ankle. Within minutes it becomes uncomfortable, and after a short walk it's actually painful. I loosened and re-laced the whole boot several times, but the tongue still collapses in the same spot. The left boot is fine it's only the right one so it seems like a construction flaw. If the tongue were more structured or padded to stay flat, these would be great, but as they are, I can't wear them without pain.
