Ive been looking for boots for a while, did my research and tried a few but I fell in love with these boots. So comfortable, good looking and over all the best in its class.

Hi I wasn't able to revise my first review, so I'm adding a 2nd review. Unfortunately, this product was defective, the color was extremely different between the 2 boots, and after many emails and phone calls I'm giving up on Ariat customer service. The first email I received from Ariat was in response to my first review and offered to exchange the boots for a new pair, but when I went to setup the exchange I was notified there is no exchange program, and I need to return the boots, wait several weeks for the refund, and place another order. This isn't a good solution for me, and I also bought the first pair on sale, and they wouldn't give me the 2nd order for the same sale price. So in summary, I'm paying more for a replacement pair of boots, because the first pair was bad quality. Ariat doesn't stand behind their products, don't provide solutions to customers problems, and customer service just copies and pastes their corporate return policy like robots. The products are usually good, and I've never had an issue before this, but I learned a lesson, if there is an issue with their product, they are incapable of providing a reasonable solution for a dissatisfied customer.

Love this boots my feet fells very comfortable Ill definitely recommend it!!!

I have been looking for the past 2 years for a boot that fits properly and I have finally found it, Thanks to Ariat these Boot are very comfortable and fit great

Great boots, as with all my Aritas they feel comfortable and broken in right out of the box! I wear these 4-5 days a week for 8-13 hours at a time, great boot!

Love the color but they didn't fit. Great wrist product.

I love the shoe, it fits great and looks great. The only disappointing aspect of the shoe is that the leather and stitching at the back of the opening is quite abrasive and coarse. Even with socks pulled up past it, the feeling is very uncomfortable. I have not experiences this with any of my previous Chelsea style boots.

I really wanted these boots to fit. They are well made and look good but I could not even get my foot into the boot. I ordered 12EE and these look narrow. The ankle opening is not flexible enough to allow foot entry into the boot. I will have to return them. I am 6' 250 pounds. I have a hard time finding really wide width boots. Many advertise wide but they never deliver. Nice boot for someone else. Disappointing.

Beautiful boots but they hurt the tops of my feet so bad. The insoles are incredibly comfortable. I can only wear these for 4 hours max before I have to take them off. The angle on the boots seem to be slightly off and puts a lot of pressure on the bones on the top of my feet. Unfortunately I will not buy another pair of these due to them being uncomfortable. But the brown color and leather quality are really nice.

I like this boot it felt good on my feet, but i am not crazy about a rubber soled shoe or boot. Wish they were made in a leather sole

These are great looking boots and comfortable, and I really like the style and ease getting them on. The only issue I have, which is a big one, is the boots are noticeably 2 different shades of brown. The left boot is much lighter and less dyed and looks like they forgot to add the sheen to it. Great boots, but the color issue kinda ruins it for me.

Good boots but the customer service sucks. Last time i buy an Ariat boot. I biught them during memorial day weekend. Ariat announced 20% for vets that weekend only. I didnt not get 20%. When i emailed over 4 times no one could help. What a joke of a company. Thanks for nothing
