This is a sturdy flip flop. Not rigid but not flimsy either and comfortable. The shape really flatters my feet. Ordered my regular size 8, my feet are narrow and it is EXACT. If you have wide feet you have to size up or your toes/heels will be hanging over the shoes.

I have narrow feet and These fit tight and heel sticks out a bit. Would size up half size for comfort.
