I received the wrong size. I ordered a women's 8.5 and received a 6. I already reported it on the app and am waiting for a response. I've never had this problem before, and now I don't trust ordering online anymore.

I didn't like it because it was to Clucky for me. For younger adults they look very nice so I would recommend them to others.

These shoes goes perfectly with the dress I purchased

Sorry, I feel this shoes is uncomfortable I was expecting more modernity.

It's unbelievable. Without a doubt, Adidas has a serious issue with the sizing of their sneakers. Even within the same brand, the sizes are inconsistent. I've already bought 5 pairs trying to find my size, and none of them fit. How on earth is that possible?

ordered the metallic striped ones, received black striped ones in the mail. im disappointed, I would exchange but I needed these for an event and cant wait for the correct pair that I paid for

The store didn't have any originals left and the only shell top that was there the shoes were made of fur. I thought I could get over it and like these, but I hate them. I will never wear them.

I received 2 pair of 2xl shorts instead of the shoes. I would love to have the shoes as I have other Adidas shoes that I love. They are true to size and help with my plantar fascitis.

I'm completely disappointed in adidas for lying about the size of these shoes. They are not sized by any North American size although they use the same system. They are tight, very tight. They cause me pain and I've sized up to an 11 which would be too big for me. Do not buy these shoes unless you have a small foot and can size them up to the extreme. Wasted money.

These are not leather. And they squeak when you walk in them. I returned them and am grateful that Adidas allows that.

Lovely looking trainer but I went up a size and it was still too small.

The shoes make squeaky noises and the sole is thin. I had to return them.

I bought these in the cloud white and platinum metallic color. They are so cute and fit well. After a couple days of wearing them, I noticed that the tongues were different colors. The left shoe had the word adidas in the platinum metallic color and the right shoe had the word adidas in black. After calling customer service, they confirmed that it shouldn't be that way and had me exchange them. The next time I got an order in, I got two left shoes. Very frustrating!! When I called costumer service and asked if the shoes were all made wrong or not, they did not respond. Just said they can't do an exchange more than once and refunded my money. This has been first experience with Adidas and I'm not only in shock about the lack of attention to detail but also by the lack of customer service. I wouldn't recommend buying these shoes! Save yourself the frustration!

Delivered to a random address never received so ripped off

WE NEVER RECEIVED OUR ORDER. WE LIVE IN A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD. I THINK THE DELIVERY GUY KEPT THEM. IM STILL WAITING FOR MH REFUND. VERY DISSATISFIED

I'm sure I would have loved these shoes I was suppose to get.. instead I got a men's size 10 white and green shoe.

I never this item I was received another item and when I requested the item I ordered I was told they were out of stock. When I asked can I receive another item from the same line I was told no and told the person I was speaking to it wasn't my fault they shipped me someone else order and I was told I'm sorry. This is not right I feel someone should have make it right because of a mistake someone in packaging made.

Had to return. You sent me a completely different shoe in the wrong size too.
