Way too wide. I have the same in non platform and they are amazing. These I tried on and turned my ankle almost immediately. Going back. Bummer.

I ordered my first pair and they were obviously a resale. After sending them in for a refund, I ordered another pair and received a size 11 W in silver (wrong color and size). My size was 7 W. The color ordered was Atlantis. Customer service offered me no compensation for my second return to UPS to return my item. I'm done with Zappos. Never had this problem in the past, but I see a change for the worse.
I'd also recommend:
It is not a brand issue, but the handling of the merchandise.
