I wear an 11 in shoes but the 11 was significantly too short. Ordered a 12. The length was good but the shoe was extremely tight across the top of the foot. My arch is not exceptionally high nor is my foot wide so these run quite narrow. Even with the stretch, they are too tight and being returned.

Was easily 1/2 size too small. I normally wear an 8.5 mens shoes. These were size 9 and still too small in length.

I was worried about ordering these shoes due to the negative reviews. I’m a woman and ordered a full size larger than I normally wear (which is not available in their womens’ shoes) and they are perfect. I suffer from chronic plantar fasciitis and have been to several doctors and physical therapists with no real relief. I think these shoes may just save me from having surgery. I have tried so many different brands of shoes but these truly are different from anything else I’ve worn.

OOFOS is dropping the ball in their QC. The fit is completely wrong compared to the previous model. Their support is horrible at OOFOS, so I am glad I tried through Zappos.

The arch support is so prominent I doubted I could be comfortable long-term. My toes and heel felt unsupported in contrast.

First of all, Zappos is SO good about returns. Twice, I had to send these shoes back to get the right size, and they did it with no hesitation. I love these Oofos shoes, but they do run much smaller than other brands. I normally wear no larger than 10-1/2, however, I finally settled on size 11-1/2 for these Oofos Sport LS shoes. Glad I stuck with it though, because they are very comfortable.

These shows are great! Yes, getting the right size was a pain… but once that’s done, they are wonderful. They have a snug fit and the sole is super comfortable.
