Im in love with this backpack. I already had a smaller Tumi backpack but wanted something larger I could use for short trips. This one is perfection. Large enough to hold everything for a day or two but small enough to use as an everyday work backpack. Fits well under the seat. And is very comfortable to wear which was essential for me as I have a bad back. I researched a bunch before selecting this one and am really happy with my choice.

Wished it had more organizational pockets, and back straps were wider. Otherwise, its very comfortable and sleek.

This backpack looks great and feels sturdy. It's made with materials that can handle a lot of use. The zippers work smoothly, and everything is put together really well.

I love it! I wanted something to match my style, in particular something black with gold accent. I also, needed something that I could travel with, use professionally and could distribute the weight of the things inside. My previous laptop bag was a briefcase and I wanted something that could be carried in a way that would not be so heavy on my arms. I also needed something spacious. My laptop has a 16" screen, and that was an issue when choosing most backpacks. Additionally, I wanted to have lots of space for books or clothes and this bag checked all of my requirements.

Lifesaver for my business travels. Great look and finally needed a backpack to land squarely on my shoulders instead of hauling my LVui bag on one shoulder thru airports. Much more comfort here. Super great quality too

I love the versatility of the backpack it's sleek, looks very professional at the same time provides lots of comfort with the straps.

If Tumi would make this in navy or chocolate-coloured leather... The size, organisation and build are wonderful - and it's only available in black.

I really liked this bag EXCEPT the liner for the front pocket wasn't sewn correctly, so anything put in the front pocket would slip into the lining of the bag. Very poor quality for a bag at this price point.
