It runs big so I had to put shoe inserts in so I could wear it. It's so comfortable and attractive.

Leather color and texture is off. I originally bought a size that was slightly too small so I returned it for a larger size. The smaller size looked like the photos and felt like soft leather. The larger size was a different color and texture of leather that seemed cheaper. I'm usually a huge fan of Cole Haan shoes, but this missed the mark.

Run on the big side, usually Size 6. Had to get a Size 5.5

Always slip off my heels. Not comfortable.

I thought the shoe had fantastic styling. Problem was just did not fit my foot.

Bought these in the blue suede which are beautiful. The sole is very comfortable with lots of cushion and good arch support, but the toe is narrow with a wider heel box. Had to add an insert to keep it from slipping off.

Pecan wedge too big and bulky

I loved the idea of this shoe, but it was very wide and I had to return it.

The look and style of this shoe deserves 5 stars. But what good are looks and style when the sizing is misleading? I could have exchanged, rather than returned, this shoe for a half size larger and it would have fit the length of my foot. But this shoe is so narrow, there is no way my foot would ever fit comfortably in it. I'm 60+ and have worn nothing except a regular width shoe. This really disappointed me. I debated between a 3 star or 2 star rating. Three seems average to me. But I thought it was below average because the description did not give a heads up that this is actually a narrow width shoe - not an average width shoe.

Shoes are very tight shoes

It comes bigger than my size. I have to return them for a size smaller. Frustrating.

I would love to review the shoe- received as a gift in size 9, tried them on and found they were too big. Adorable but way too big to make work. Returned for an 8.5 but never received. Super bummer.

I bought the same model in the oxford mesh style. It fit perfectly. The leather model did not fit at all and was at least one full size smaller in the leather model.

Very uncomfortable, the left shoe seems to have a flaw and is not comfortable.

Love the show but the color was too purple

Narrow fit shoe was uncomfortable after I started using them. The stitch on the top of the toe rubs top of foot. I wish I could return them.
