These shoes are very attractive and comfortable right out of the box. I bought them for traveling abroad and wanted a shoe that is extremely comfortable but stylish too. These can be worn with jeans or dress pants which make them quite versatile. I purchased my usual size, 8.5 M , Black, and am very pleased. My feet tend to be on the wider side and these shoes have plenty of width. Also, having a lace up shoe gives you that extra option for looseness or tightness These shoes are expensive but worth it!!

Great fit.

Attractive, but not for me, a woman of a certain age. I have developed a knee situation so I am looking for a "soft" soled shoe vs. a typical hard soled shoe. This shoe is made of beautiful high quality leather, meeting a necessary requirement. Unfortunately they are too "young" for me and also a little heavy because of my knee issue. I am looking for a soft soled brogue/oxford that will look attractive with dresses which I like to wear. I think these shoes will make me look like I'm trying too hard because they are trendy, and are perfect for gals younger than me. If all I wear are slacks then I'd keep them, but I wear dresses/skirts most of the time. They are true to my size (9) as is the B width. They felt comfy but I'm not sure I'd be able to wear than for any length of time due to the weight of the shoe (a personal problem for me and not necessarily a problem for most). I love the look of this shoe and it's comfortable to wear! I wouldn't commute to work on public transportation, but perfectly fine for a day at the office without excessive walking.

Bought my normal size and they were comfortable riht out of the box. I 'm going to be wearing these shoes a lot.
