I didn't feel any arch support, but they weren't uncomfortable. Normally a size 9, I ordered them after reading reviews that suggested ordering up a size because the wide width doesn't feel wide. It was a better fit in the length, but the width is still not enough for heavier socks. And the laces are really short. Overall, they are beautiful, and I really wanted these to be the ones. But, alas, they are only okay on my feet. Not okay enough.

They are beautiful boots, but felt like a just barely true to size 9. And the width didn't feel like a wide width, which I wanted to be sure a heavier sock would work. My feet are on the wide end of a medium width, so this boot isn't for me.

This boot is even more striking in person than it is in the picture. Really gorgeous! Unfortunately, the "wide" was not wide enough to accommodate my C width feet. Sorry to have to send it back...

Nice looking and fun gold accents and side styling, but the shoe felt a bit tight for me and pinched in the lower shin area before walking one step. Had hoped it would work because it was waterproof, but the fit just isn't right. Plus, it came 3 days late. Will be returning it and keeping my L'Artiste boot that is super comfortable and stylish (and was delivered on time when needed). It also lacks a size zipper and is solely lace up without any locking eyelets to keep the laces in place and tightened after they are tied.

The bottom part of the boot fit well. However, the leather & fabric construction at the top is quite stiff and it was digging into my shin. It might soften with time, but I'm not confident it would soften enough.
