For the most part, I like Sanuks - ordered these shoes and they ran small. I returned them 07/21/2023 and I am still waiting (8/21/2023) for them. So the reason for the 2 stars is because their customer service STINKS!!

Shoes were too narrow and too small. Very difficult to put on the left foot, could not put on the right foot. Return was easy.

I love your products, I have bought two of them in my trip to US; recebtly. I have tried to lock for you product in Brazil, were I leave, an couldn't find a dealer, so I have decided on buying for international delivery. It was a surpise and a disappointment, the material has arrived at the airport here in Brazil, I have paid the taxes required, but the infromation on the tracking system is that I am only going to receive the good in 12Th of december, almost 60 days from my purchase; now a days a shipping time like this is totally unacceptable
