I purchased this shirt thru this website. Overall the shirt looked great for the price. Unfortunately, the size I selected was too big so I returned it in which it was received on Nov. 13. I've not received a refund. I chatted I also submitted a referral thru this website. Not a single email from Ariat yet alone the refund.

Absolutely enormous, ordered a medium but has to be atleast a xxl

Wildly inaccurate sizing. Bought all 2XL shirts and some were way too big and some way too small. All labeled 2XL. No QC at all. Took weeks to hear back from customer service. Won't buy from again given the lack of quality, lack of consistency and lack of customer service.
